Located in Lovettsville, VA Hi, I’m Brielle! 🐾 I’m a beautiful Rottie/Hound mix with a playful personality and a lot of love to give. Toys are one of my absolute favorite things, and I’m quite the talker when I have something to say! I do wonderfully with other dogs of all sizes and would really benefit from having a confident canine friend in my forever home. I’m still working on my socialization and can be nervous around new people and unfamiliar situations, but I’m making great progress and warm up quickly once I realize I’m safe. One place I already feel completely comfortable is my crate — I’m a crate-training superstar and will even go in on my own when I want to relax. Young children are especially scary for me right now, so I’m looking for a home without little ones. Older, dog-savvy kids in their early teens or above may be a good fit. Because I can be nervous and may try to bolt when frightened, my new family will need to be extra careful about keeping me secure. A fenced yard is strongly encouraged and would give me a safe place to build confidence and explore. I’m looking for a patient family who understands that I may need a little time to feel safe. A secure home, plenty of toys, and ideally a doggy sibling to show me the ropes would be just about perfect. Your “up for anything” kind of gal. Akasha is a 2 year old, 50ish lbs spayed Rottie mix. She’s an active girlie who needs equal parts exercise/playtime as well as snuggle downtime. She is crate trained, has a good appetite, and likes to play with toys. Akasha is fairly confident overall, and any time she shows shyness she recovers quite quickly. She is comfortable with handling and just an overall good girlie. Needs some work on leash walking and polite greeting (which we’ll be doing) but she settled into her foster home like a champ. Seems dog social but waiting to test until medically cleared. Someone will be so lucky to do life with this little lady, she will bring someone a lot of joy

We adopted Cain at 6 weeks old and he is now about a year and half. He has been to a board and train facility and has lived in a house with a family of 7. He does well with kids and so far has done well with other dogs though may need baby stepped into new interactions with unknown dogs. He is a wonderful protector and very loving. We currently live on 3 acres of land and he has the whole backyard to himself. Unfortunately with our new schedules he is just not getting enough attention and it is unfair to him that he is either in his crate or stuck in the backyard, on most days he spends no less than 10 hours by himself. Looking for someone who can give him the time and attention he needs!

She would even happier in her very own home with a new family!Rosa is a strong girl who will need a physically capable adopter as she can pull pretty hard on leash. She has been reactive to other dogs and cats in her foster home so being an only child will set her up to be the most successful! We know there are so many great people out there how love rotties!
