Carly is a young gal who is eagerly awaiting the people who can give her the love she craves. Carly loves games, playing, and walks. She becomes very active after she gets comfortable and would love a home where she gets adventure and playtime with her family. Carly does her business outside and has been sleeping through the night in her foster home! Her favorite spot in the house is her dog bed where she likes to curl up and nap. She loves having a dog sibling around and learns a lot from them. Her great inner dog matches her sleek coat, lovely coloring, and deep eyes that just speak to you. Carly is still settling in and is hoping for a forever home that will give her the love and support she needs to become the dog she is meant to be!

Story
Dior is a 2 1/2 year old rottweiler -pitbull mix. Her features resemble a rottweiler, but she’s on the smaller side (pitbull sized). She is friendly, house trained, and good with children and other pets. Dior has had a rough start to life as I am aware of two previous owners, the most recent being a homeless man. Do to inconsistency and being bounced around, Dior has developed separation anxiety. I am currently fostering her to keep her off the streets and out of a shelter, but I cannot fully commit to adopting her as I already have pets of my own and not enough space to keep another. Dior deserves a loving home with someone who is patient and familiar with caring for dogs. If that’s you, please submit an application and give this wonderful girl the life she deserves.

Currently fostered in: Brooklyn Park, MD 💜Meet Blair!💜 Don't let that stoic model face fool you- Blair is the sweetest goofball you'll ever meet! ENERGY AND PERSONALITY Blair is an energetic bundle of fun who loves flirt poles, fetch, tug of war, hikes, etc., and has hilarious zoomies for your entertainment! After the excitement wears off, lounging near her humans with her toys/bones and taking long naps in her humans' bed (and sometimes on her humans!) are Blair's go-to ways to spend the rest of her day. TRAINING AND BEHAVIOR Blair has a long list of positive behaviors under her belt: 🐾House-trained 🐾Crate-trained 🐾Listens well 🐾VERY food-motivated 🐾Eager to learn and super responsive to training. 🐾Great on car rides 🐾Great on walks 🐾Picks up on new things very fast 🐾Makes human friends wherever she goes Blair is a cutie who enjoys routine, structure, and the occasional adventure! SOCIAL LIFE Blair prefers human company to canine- she absolutely thrives being the only pup and the center of your world. Blair really loves people, but she is still working on practicing good manners when over-excited, so she isn't a candidate to live with young children right now. Blair is dog-selective and will need to be the only dog living in the home, although she has been known to enjoy playtime outdoors with specific dogs after a slow introduction. She really loves cats, but can chase them playfully and pester them to play with her. Blair has a feline best friend in her foster home who hides under the bed with her and helps her steal socks, shoes, and her foster mom's makeup. SPECIAL TRAITS Blair's foster mom can't say enough about her- she's insanely smart, she's silly, she's loyal, and you can feel the love and joy radiating from Blair when she sees you. She melts into a wiggle butt and gives the biggest hug she can. Blair loves getting kisses from her humans and is happy to be included. She looks tough, but truly is just a quirky girl who brings lots of laughs and love to your home. BEST HOME FIT Blair's ideal adopter is someone who is willing to be patient and work with her as she grows into her best self. She could do well in a range of calm home environments that allow her to be the only dog. She is still learning, and will benefit from structure and guidance (and some additional fun training to flex how smart she is!) An adopter who has the patience and dedication to continue training is vital to Blair's thriving! VETERINARY CARE Blair is up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, spayed, microchipped, and receiving heartworm, flea, and tick preventatives along with routine parasite treatments. If you are someone looking for die-hard loyalty and love, Blair is your partner in crime. She's ready to find the person who is going to spoil her like the princess she is! 💜 Ready to give Blair a chance? We promise you'll have a best friend for life! 💜

Story
Current Location: Charlestown, WV Hello! My name is Baby Girl! I'm coming to OPH on 3/13. Please check back soon for updates on my personality, and to see adorable new photos. I’m looking for my forever family! Is that with you? If so please click “apply for adoption” or submit an application through the Adopt tab. Let’s get our family started! This dog tested positive for heartworm disease before arriving to the rescue. Heartworm disease is transmitted to a dog through a bite from an infected mosquito producing a positive test in six months. OPH will treat the dog and provide two weeks of recovery time prior to adoption. Potential adopters will receive detailed information on the disease and their role in completing the recovery process from OPH’s heartworm coordinator. With monthly preventatives, the disease is completely preventable. Read about heartworm disease here: Read more about heartworm disease at https://www.heartwormsociety.org/pet-owner-resources/heartworm-basics

Meet your new best friend! 🐾 This lovable 9-year-old Rottweiler is proof that age is just a number. If you’re looking for a well-mannered, loving dog who will shower you with affection and be your constant companion, Boo Boo is ready to steal your heart! ❤️ What my foster says: I was amazed by how respectful and accommodating he was towards my two large dogs, from Day One. He defers to them on everything and has become a playmate to my 15-month-old pup. —------------- Wiggles Way Rescue does not guarantee that any animal is housebroken nor crate trained. Story
We got Bo as a puppy from a breeder in south central Pennsylvania. He will be turning 10 in December. We are looking for an individual or couple with no other pets or young children and experienced with large dogs that have some behavioral issues. Unfortunately, we have a 4 year old son and and another coming in a few weeks and are no longer able to provide the care an attention needed for an aging dog. When not stressed out, he is really a sweet boy who just wants lots of attention and pets from his owner. However, he is a fairly anxious dog and can be aggressive toward other dogs and is generally scared of small children. He enjoys his walks and occasional playtime with toys, but generally he is a quiet and lazy dog. Please reach out if you have any questions or are interested in learning more about Bo. Bo is up to date on all vaccinations and flea/tick medication.
