He is a great little dog but has mobility issues in his back legs. It doesnt stop him from getting around though. he goes down steps but then barks to get up the steps cause he just cant do it with his back legs. He uses them, but then they give out. We had another little one like this so not sure if it was due to an injury or a disc problem. He is sweet as can be and just a good boy. He is probably a senior at 9 or so. Happy, loves to eat, barks to go outside or get off of things he cant jump down from. Smart Smart boy. Hans is a wonderfully sociable little guy who settles into new situations and environments with ease. He gets along beautifully with other pets, including cats, and already knows simple commands. With a bit more training, he’ll make an even more perfect companion. This sweet boy loves his walks! He can get a bit excited and pull at times, so some continued leash practice will help him thrive. At home, Hans is just as adaptable—he’ll happily sleep on his own bed or cuddle up beside you. He’s wee-wee pad trained, and if you have a yard, he’s equally happy to do his business outside. During the day, you’ll find Hans playing with his squeaky toys, taking cozy naps, and following you around the house. He’s always alert for treat time and loves being close to his humans. Hans is a loving, loyal pup waiting for his forever family. He’d be thrilled to explore trails, stroll through the park, and enjoy a life full of companionship. Could Hans be your new best friend? Meet Candy! Candy is a female shih tzu who was found wandering the streets of Texas severely matted. She has since been shaved and is now safe at Husky House. Candy has some health issues including a heart murmur and arthritis. Candy takes a medication for her heart. She has done well with mellow dogs who respect her space and boundaries.
