Meet Juniper!
Don’t let his petite 6-year-old, 11-pound Shih Tzu-Pomeranian mix fool you, Juniper has a huge heart and enough love to fill an entire home. This handsome little guy is the definition of a perfect companion: calm, affectionate, and easy to live with.
Juniper adores people and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. He has a gentle, mellow personality and is happiest when he’s near his family, whether that’s relaxing on the couch, joining you for a stroll, or simply keeping you company around the house.
He’s fully housebroken and has excellent indoor manners. While he’s not a fan of being crated, Juniper sleeps peacefully through the night at the bottom of the bed and enjoys being close to his people.
Juniper is past the puppy stage and has settled into a calm, loving temperament that makes him an ideal companion for someone looking for a loyal best friend without the chaos and energy of a young dog.

All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.

We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where animals can be seen during the week.
