Rolo loves playing with ropes, chasing, and fetching. He is incredibly affectionate, always wanting to snuggle. Rolo is house-trained and will alert you when he needs to go outside Rolo is great with kids and considers himself a lap dog, so he'll thrive with children comfortable around large dogs who enjoy laying and showering him with affection. Rolo loves blankets and will try to join you if you have a blanket and haven't offered him one Rolo is selective with other dog friends. While he can get along with them through a gradual introduction, he prefers a home without small dogs or cats Rolo is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations. At 9 years old, he has no health conditions and the vet says he looks to live a long healthy life As a first-time mom with a full-time job, I'm unable to provide him the care he deserves due to my limited time. My heart is breaking, and I'm seeking a new, loving home where he can be happy and receive the care he deserves

Luna is a 5 year old doll who wants nothing more than to be by your side. Luna came to us very scared, but she has come out of her shell in a loving foster home. She is happy to sit by your feet while you’re watching TV, but also loves going on walks and would be a great jogging partner!    This girl is ALL about snuggling. She lives with another very mellow dog and they get along well. She would be happy as an only dog or with another easy-going dog; she also is very fond of children. She walks well on leash; she does have a strong prey drive so need someone who can continue to work on pulling (foster mom is working on her training).    Luna would be happiest in a quiet neighborhood with a backyard, and will benefit from confident, patient guardian who can continue to work on building her confidence. Luna is being fostered in Sacramento. Kelso is a healthy, affectionate, and energetic 2-3 year old, approx. 67 lb pup. He is housetrained, neutered, and friendly — he’s working on his polite greetings. His favorite activities are hiking, playing tug, laying in the sun, and cuddling on the couch. Kelso has been in his home in Oakland, CA for a year and a half, but is struggling living in the city and needs a stronger handler. Kelso walks well on a loose leash on hikes and in less busy areas, but experiences leash reactivity on busy streets and with some other dogs. His current owner has completed several training courses with him, and he’s extremely food motivated and eager to learn. He knows plenty of obedience and tricks, and requires an owner committed to continuing his training. He already knows lots of tricks, including putting his own toys away, closing cabinets on command, and stretching on the command “do yoga.” Kelso is an energetic, social dog who has experience coexisting with other dogs and would thrive in a home with attentive owners, outdoor space, and another dog or two that he can roughhouse with (no cats as he tends to chase small animals or young kids due to his exuberance). ? Meet Patsy! S he has been wonderful so far in her foster home and she loves being inside on a warm couch or bed! She walks well on a leash and she did very well for her first vet visit! She is super sweet and really just wants to snuggle with her human. Patsy may do well with other dogs (unsure at this point) but would need to be in a home without cats. She enjoys walking but also being a couch potato - she’s a versatile girl who goes with the flow! Pasty is approx. 5 yrs old, 65 lbs, healthy and happy! We're not sure if she is good with other dogs, but she was found with another dog when she showed up at the shelter. Please consider adopting Patsy. This sweet girl deserves a loving forever home. This is Waffles! She is approx. 11 months old and 60lbs. Waffles has completed a board / train program and knows sit, heel, down, spot, and speak! She loves belly rubs and toys toys toys. Anything ball-related she loves! She’s curious about cats and loves other dogs and often tries to play with them. She does better with big dogs but leaves small dogs alone once they’re familiar. She’s potty trained and will gladly go on a car ride. She is a high energy gal and would love a home who can keep up with her. Marabelle is a gentle, sweet English Bulldog who we transferred from a kill shelter in Central Valley. She had suffered neglect and came to us with a serious ear infection as well as other medical concerns. Due to the severity of her ear infections, and after extensive vet care, Marabelle is now completely deaf. She has been in a wonderful foster home the past several months and has received lots of TLC. But she is now ready for her furever home! Marabelle is extremely gentle and loving, and an easy dog to be with. She gets along great with children and other dogs. Marabelle will be a wonderful companion for her new family.
