Story
Grayson is a big, white hunk of love! He is the biggest love bug and cuddly boy you will ever meet. He is a licking machine and will try to give you kisses any chance he gets. And don’t be deceived by his size, all 73 lbs. of this affectionate boxer boy loves to cuddle and act like he’s small enough to be a lap dog. He will play ball, go for walks/hikes, jog with you, or play in the backyard. He’s also a chill boy in the house and will lay in his bed or cuddle with you in yours. He can be active outside and mellow inside, best of both worlds! He loves going on outings and gets excited to go for car rides. Grayson is the ultimate adventure buddy and is always up for anything! Grayson does get a little anxious when left alone and would prefer someone who can hangout with him most of the day and take him on fun adventures! He is very food motivated so you cannot leave him unattended in a room with food or he will find it (and eat it lol)! Grayson loves all people, including kids, and would be a great addition to any family. He can be jumpy when he gets excited, so dog savvy children would be better for him. Grayson does get along with some dogs but can be reactive with others. He is mostly reactive when on the leash but if out in a yard he is very playful and friendly with dogs. We have found that he is great with small dogs male or female! He is a very good playmate and friend to the resident small female dog that lives with him. He can be selective when it comes to bigger male dogs. Overall, Grayson could thrive in a home without other dogs, with small dogs, with dogs who are submissive, or as an only dog. If you think Grayson could be a good fit for you, please apply online to meet him. He is awaiting his forever home that will embrace his loving, goofy self!

Story
I am at Oakland Animal Services in kennel Dog J:10This dog is available to meet by appointment only. Ezequiel is a 10-month-old boxer weighing 65 pounds. He is a sweet, sensitive puppy who's still learning that the world can be a safe place. Everything is a little overwhelming right now, but with patience and kindness, this gentle boy has all the potential to blossom into the happy, confident companion he's meant to be. He'll thrive with experienced adopters who can let him settle in at his own pace and celebrate the little victories along the way. A quiet adult home with a confident resident dog would be a wonderful fit, helping Ezequiel build confidence and discover all the joys of being a puppy. He would do best with appropriately matched dogs or as a solo dog with dog friends outside the home. Please submit an adoption questionnaire to meet him.July 30, 2026, 2:20 am

Story
Zero is a handsome young dog who is looking for a patient, experienced guardian to help him navigate the world. Zero is not the kind of dog who will instantly rush up to lick a stranger's face. Instead, he prefers to take his time, observe from a safe distance, and decide when he feels comfortable. While Zero is initially cautious around new people, the reward for your patience is truly special. Once Zero decides you are part of his trusted inner circle, his whole demeanor changes and he becomes a deeply loyal, devoted friend. He is a dog who values quality over quantity when it comes to his relationships. When it comes to other dogs, Zero is still figuring out the rules of engagement. His play style can best be described as awkward, and he does not quite know how to interact or read canine social cues appropriately just yet. Because of this, he needs a home with an experienced handler who can provide him with structured, positive situations where he can safely learn how to socialize. With the right guidance and a guardian who understands how to manage and advocate for a dog with his specific vibe, Zero has all the potential to blossom into a wonderful, well-adjusted companion. ***ADOPTION FEE SPONSORED*** Primary Color: Sable Secondary Color: Tan Weight: 63.4 Age: 1yrs 8mths 2wks

Story
Meet Titus, a one-year-old Pit Bull mix who is essentially a walking ray of sunshine. If you are looking for a sidekick who believes every stranger is just a best friend he hasn't met yet, Titus is your guy. With a heart twice the size of his blocky head, he is the definition of "good vibes." His tail is a constant blur of motion, and he greets the world with a wide, infectious smile that makes it impossible to stay in a bad mood around him. He is a social butterfly through and through, boasting an A+ rating when it comes to getting along with both people and other dogs. Of course, every big personality comes with a few hilarious quirks. He is currently working on his basic manners and learning how to find his "off" switch, so he'll need a patient family willing to guide him through some essential training. The ideal home for Titus is one that embraces an active lifestyle. We also think he'd be great as a second dog, since he loves playing with other dogs and has energy to burn. He isn't looking for a couch potato life; he needs humans who view exercise as a hobby rather than a chore. Whether it's long hikes, vigorous play sessions in the yard, or engaging brain games, Titus thrives when he has a job to do and energy to burn. His perfect match will be someone who enjoys the bonding experience of obedience training and can provide the structure he needs to learn how to settle down after a big adventure. If you have the energy to keep up with a goofy, social, and endlessly lovable teenager, Titus is ready to reward you with a lifetime of loyalty and laughter. He is a work in progress, but the foundation of love and friendliness he offers is rock solid. Come meet this smiling boy today and see if you're the active leader he's been waiting for! ***ADOPTION FEE SPONSORED*** Primary Color: Fawn Secondary Color: White Weight: 64.6 Age: 1yrs 3mths 0wks

Sweet Penguin is 3yo, 45 pound pocket Pittie Frenchie mix. Spayed. Potty trained, crate trained, knows all her commands. Very cuddly smart. Has excellent recall. Loves to run, play, but medium energy at home; a great companion. Dog friendly with most dogs with slow intro. Can be reactive with small dogs sometimes. Shy with new people, but always curious about them. She will bond with you quickly and love you forever. Not ideal in a home with kids, since she can be fearful & had some resource guarding with a favorite toy. No food or bone resource guarding. May need to be the only dog at home. Not destructive. Very well behaved.

Chewbarka is only 9 months old and 2 pounds, but so heavy on charm and sweetness! He may be shy in new situations, but quickly warms up and asks for lots of love and pets. Chewbarka has not shown any reactivity towards other dogs, and loves people. Chewbarka came from a kill shelter where he was diagnosed brachycephalic with a heart murmur. For this reason, the Shelter was not able to neuter him. Chewbarka is current on his vaccines and is microchipped. Story
King came to Jelly's Place with Chonchi. They had livedvtogether theircwhole lives and we originally thought that they needed to be adopted together. However, since being in a foster home for several months, we and the foster feel that they can be adopted separately. King was extremely overweight when he first got here; hence the name King Size. He has since lost about 10 pounds and looks and feels so much better. King is a a big lover boy and couch potato. He is affectionate, eager to please and happy to snuggle up by your feet. He never turns down a treat which makes him easy to train. His foster said this about King: King is loving, sweet, wants belly rubs and pets. Loves affection Always wants to be included in whatever it is you’re doing. King is neutered, microchipped and will be UTD on his vaccines. If you want to meet King, apply at jellysplace.org
