Story
We rescued Mom while she was pregnant. She had a litter of eight puppies, but two still remain without loving homes. Tulip is a very energetic pup. She loves to run and would do well with a family that has a large backyard. She has shown an interest in swimming and will occasionally get in the water to play. She enjoys playing with her siblings and loves attention. She has been out of the house a few times and does well in new places and around new people, but she still needs leash training. She knows how to sit and lie down, and we are currently working on “stay” and “leave it.” She has received all of her puppy vaccines and is up to date on heartworm, flea, and tick prevention.

Story
Dozer was turned over to rescue after his previous owner lost him through the courts in a cruelty case. This poor guy has been through so much, yet he still retains the devotion and desire to please that his breed is known for.He is so enthusiastic about finally having humans who are kind and loving towards him, and a chance for a great doggie life. We are working on helping him rein in his excitement a bit and stop jumping up on humans. Once he learns this, he will excel around children and the elderly, as he genuinely loves everyone. This handsome guy is happy and outgoing, walks well on a leash, and loves going for a ride, so would love to be your go everywhere possible boy.Dozer has other dogs in his foster home, but he lacks social skills with dogs, so he should be the only dog in his forever home or have an experienced owner to help him continue developing these skills. He is not fond of cats, and that is unlikely to change. He uses a doggie door in his foster home, so he has never had any accidents inside. He was at the vet clinic for over a week and did fine in a crate, but is no longer confined to one. He is treat-motivated and loves being a good boy; once engaged, he is a good student for training.Dozer is fully vetted - current with vaccines, neutered, microchipped, and on flea/tick andheartworm prevention.

Story
In February 2026, Mia was found alone on the side of the road by a friend. She appeared to have recently weaned puppies, but despite searching the area for days, no puppies or owner were ever found. Since they couldn't keep her safely, my husband and I took her in, hoping to find her forever home. Five months later, she's still waiting. Mia is an incredible dog—sweet, calm, and wonderfully well-behaved. She's fully house-trained and kennel-trained, doesn't bark excessively, jump on people, or cause trouble. She's been great with my 4-year-old granddaughter and has done well around other dogs at parks and friends' homes. She's up to date on her vaccines, including DHPPL, Bordetella, Rabies, and Canine Accuplex screening. Mia deserves a loving family to call her own.

Story
I first fostered Bless about two years ago. His previous owner was having issues with their apartment building because of his breed and planned to take him back once things were figured out, but that never ended up happening. I have cared for Bless since then. Bless is about 9 years old. His previous owners adopted him from a shelter in 2020, and they were told he was around 2 years old at the time. For his new home, I am looking for someone who is loving, patient, and caring with dogs. Bless deserves a home where he will receive plenty of attention, regular walks, trips to the dog park, and ideally a backyard where he can relax and enjoy himself. Bless is playful, loving, friendly, charismatic, stubborn in a funny way, kind, and intelligent. He has a sweet personality and really enjoys being around people.

Story
Bailey is a 2-year-old spayed female Staffordshire Terrier mix with a striking all-white coat and the most charming ears—one always perked up while the other folds gently down. Her unique look perfectly matches her sweet and sensitive personality.Bailey came from a difficult situation where there were too many dogs and very little positive human interaction. Because of this, she is still learning to trust and build confidence around people. She has made encouraging progress, but she will need a patient and understanding family committed to continuing her journey.Bailey would do best in a calm household without young children, as she needs a predictable environment where she can feel safe. She has shown to be selective with dogs she does not know, so being the only pet or having very slow introductions with respectful dogs would be ideal. She is doing much better on leash and has really started to enjoy going for walks. While she is still learning basic commands, she is highly treat-motivated, which makes her very trainable with consistent, positive reinforcement.Ideally, Bailey would thrive in a house with a secure yard where she can safely explore and enjoy her zoomies. She will need a gentle family who understands that earning her trust will take time. However, once she feels secure, Bailey has the potential to form a deep and loyal bond, becoming a devoted and loving addition to the right home.

Story
Carter checking in. Just a reminder that I'm still here waiting for my perfect family. I love big, play hard with my foster siblings, run fast and now jump high. I'm super smart - learned how to go inside and outside through a magic door this week, and love soft beds to sleep in. I'm having so much fun at Camp 5 Oaks and have learned so much but am ready to meet my new family! Meet Carter, an adorable 15-week-old puppy weighing 20 pounds with a beautiful brindle coat. He will grow into a medium-sized dog. He’s smart, eager to please, and has a fun yet calm personality. He’s been working on all the commands and is sure to charm you with his talents. A sweet little male with a story to tell. He is such a good boy. Certified cuddle expert. Professional tail wagger. He believes every human is his best friend and every snack should legally be shared with him. A mama dog was pulled off the streets and safely delivered 9 puppies in foster care. They’ve been loved and cared for since birth… but then the original foster’s landlord found out, and the puppies had to be moved immediately. Dallas Dog brought them into the fold and they have been separated into smaller groups for fostering. They are: 🐾 Medium‑breed pups 🐾 Social, playful, and used to being together 🐾 At a critical age where consistency matters If you’ve been thinking about adopting, now is the moment to step in for one of these babies. www.dallasdog.org

Story
What can I say about Laramie? She sweet, smart and sassy! She loves to cuddle and play! She even does great with her foster sister chiweenie! She is scared of the cat but not aggressive at all! She loves all people and other dogs and really just wants to be everybody’s best friend! Laramie is a beautiful little girl. She’s very sweet and friendly. She wants to say hi to everyone and give them kisses. She gets along great with other dogs and has spent time with children and was good with them too. She’s got puppy energy and loves to play and chew. She follows her foster dog sister around and they play, although she’s going to need a bigger playmate. She loves to run and would do great with a yard! Here is her story. A mama dog was pulled off the streets and safely delivered 9 puppies in foster care. They’ve been loved and cared for since birth… but then the original foster’s landlord found out, and the puppies had to be moved immediately. Dallas Dog - Rescue.Rehab.Reform brought them into the fold and they have been separated into smaller groups for fostering. They are: 🐾 Medium‑breed pups 🐾 Social, playful, and used to being together 🐾 At a critical age where consistency matters We are beginning to accept adoption applications so we can place them in stable homes as soon as they’re ready. Pairs are ideal, but single‑pup adopters committed to proper socialization are welcome too. If you’ve been thinking about adopting, now is the moment to step in for one of these babies.
