Story
His name is Archer, but we call him Archie! He is a 4 year old 50lb Australian Cattle dog mix. Archie has come a long way since being with us. Initially he was weary of new people and nervous. Now, he's a love bug! He loves other dogs and enjoys playing. He would do okay in a home with older children. He has a big personality and can take a second to warm up. But, once he knows you, he will be your absolute best bud! He loves to roll in the grass, cuddle on the couch, get pets, and play ball! He knows how to use a dog door, good on leash, and good in the car. Archie is a sweet boy, very confident, and loves to explore. Reach out to learn more!

Story
*We will not be hosting an adoption event on December 6th. Instead, we will offer private appointments to approved applicants December 1-7.* Franco is a classic cattle dog - energetic, smart, and always ready for adventure. He loves to play with other dogs and does a great job taking cues when it’s time to tone things down. With people, Franco can be a little shy at first, but he’ll sneak in a quick nose boop before trotting off. This clever boy thrives with plenty of enrichment, brain games, chew toys, and regular exercise. He’s kennel trained, walks well on a leash, and would do best with an active family and a securely fenced yard where he can run and burn off energy. With patience and consistency, Franco will blossom into a loyal and loving companion. Franco is an 8-month-old mixed breed rescued from a high-intake shelter. This dog's adoption fee is $400 and includes up-to-date vaccinations, microchip, 4DX testing, and neuter. Franco is also tested with other dogs, children, and potty and kennel trained. He is not tested with cats. We would love for you to meet this dog and see if he might be a good fit for your home. The first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org. Pending approval, your application is valid for 1 year, and you will be eligible to request a hold on an individual animal for the Saturday adoption event. The hold does not require that you take the animal home, but ensures you get to meet and make an adoption decision prior to other applicants. Also pending approval, you will be able to acquire foster home contact information, so you inquire on personalities of specific animals. We do offer midweek private adoption appointments for approved applicants pending staff, foster home, and vetting schedules. Because we are 100% foster-based, private adoption appointments are only offered for individual animals. (If interested in viewing multiple animals at one time, we encourage you to attend our adoption events!) Please note, we do not have the ability to process adoption applications at our adoption events, so please plan accordingly. If an application is submitted past 5pm on Monday-Thursday, it will begin review the following day. If submitted on Friday-Sunday, it will begin review on Monday. It takes approximately 1-2 business days for an application to be processed. Our adoption events take place every Saturday from 10am-Noon at Pet Supplies Plus (Front Range Village, 2912 Council Tree Ave #100, Fort Collins, 80525). For additional questions regarding meeting this dog please contact us via text/email at 970.699.6772, or contact@bounceanimalrescue.org. We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to a high volume of inquiries, calls and voicemails regarding adoption will not be returned. Thank you for choosing adoption! If you would like more information on our organization please visit our website at www.bounceanimalrescue.org. Thank you for choosing adoption! Story
Meet Poppy, a perfectly fun-sized, silly girl! Poppy was found as a stray in New Mexico and brought in to a local shelter there. She spent 2 months waiting patiently for a home, but none came. We took Poppy days before her time would have been up, and brought her to Colorado for another chance! Poppy does the cutest zoomies around the yard and enjoys toys, snacks, and sticks! She is great on leash and would enjoy a hiking buddy or someone who takes long walks. She really likes playing with boy dogs, and does well with female dogs in a controlled introduction (walking together on leash for example). She's quiet in her kennel, and is potty trained. She is spayed, microchipped, and fully vaccinated.

Story
James is a petite little guy with the sweetest personality and a lot of strength. James was found living outside in an abandoned lot with his littermates. Unfortunately, they had all caught Parvo, a very deadly virus that affects young puppies. James was the only survivor of the litter, thanks to a lot of intensive care and medical treatment by one of our foster care parents. He loves all humans, toys, dogs, and is fine with cats. James is only about 10 lbs at 4 months old, and probably won't get above 20-25 lb fully grown. He is quiet in his kennel and is working on potty-training. He has a somewhat sensitive stomach due to lasting effects of the Parvovirus, but is otherwise fully healed. He is neutered, microchipped, and fully vaccinated.

Story
Clyde is a sweet, energetic, and incredibly cuddly 9-year-old pup looking for his perfect forever home. He’s the kind of dog who loves being close to his people and is a total companion dog who thrives on affection and can happily go with the flow. Clyde is neutered and up to date on all vaccinations. He does well with female dogs, and would do best as the only dog in the home or paired with a friendly female dog. His favorite things include playing fetch, cuddling, and keeping an eye on squirrels. Clyde has received extensive training for dog reactivity, and he has made great progress, though he can still struggle on walks. For that reason, he is happiest playing in a secure fenced yard and enjoying enrichment. I’m happy to share contact information for his trainer with anyone interested in continuing his progress. If you’re looking for a devoted companion who just wants to be near his person, Clyde could be the perfect match.

Story
Butters is the best girl around. She is easy-going and so well behaved, goes into her kennel on command and is very quiet, and walks well on leash. She is good with other dogs, but we have not seen her with kids or cats yet. She potties on leash on command and enjoys hiking, walking, and lounging around the house. We are guessing she is a cattle dog mix, and is about 55 lbs currently. Butters will be spayed on Nov 29 and will be available for adoption at that time. If interested before then, please feel free to reach out.

Story
Hi, I am Shadow. I am a super sweet but shy young lady looking for a home. I like to cuddle, eat treats and play with other dogs. I was very scared when I first came to the shelter but I have started to warm up and make lots of friends. I need a home without kids under 12 so I can warm up at my own pace. I would love to have a chance to meet you, warm up and become your best friend.
