Story
The Brush gang arrived at the Rescue from Brush, Colorado.  Animal Control had them for some time and could not find their forever families, so they asked for help.  They are a sweet, friendly group of cattle dogs, labs, and pit bulls.  They are a very energetic and happy group that can jump high; a large fenced yard or property would be great for Flowers.   Flowers is 3 years old and looks mostly Cattledog with her spots; she is spayed, microchipped, and current on shots.  She is kennel and house trained and knows the doggie door.  She has been in a foster home for quite some time; she gets along with other dogs and likes people.  She would do best in a house with active older kids that can keep up with her energy level. Please fill out an application at www.fureverdogdenver.com.  If you have any questions or want to meet her, please call (720) 588-6809. ##1788564##

Story
Meet this sweet pup! Her name is VestaThis little lady is a playful, affectionate puppy with a big love for fetch and an even bigger love for cuddles. She has short legs!! One of her signature moves is stretching out long like a noodle wherever she lands, usually right next to you! She’s still a baby and learning the ropes, including potty training and polite teething manners. She’s currently working on not using her teeth for play and will do best with someone patient and consistent who understands normal puppy development. She thrives as an apartment dog and prefers a home without other animals, where she can be the center of attention and feel secure. With structure, love, and continued training, she’s going to be an incredibly loyal, snuggly companion. If you’re looking for a cuddly, playful puppy who’s ready to grow up with you, she might be your perfect match. She is in foster, please submit an application on our website if you are interested in adopting her. Once your application is submitted someone will be in touch with next steps. Email adopt@souldog.org with questions!

Story
Hi I'm Alvin! I'm a 5 month old cattle dog mix. My foster mom says that I am a very sweet and smart boy. I am already learning so much about basic manners and potty training, she thinks further training will be a breeze. I am a little cautious when I first meet people but give me a few minutes and I will be your best friend. I love playing with the older dog in my house and would love a home with another playful dog to show me the ropes. I am curious about the cats in my house and really like to chase them so I would need to learn to play well with cats. What I love most is cuddling, playing, and hanging out with my human family. I will be a great hiking buddy, and afterward a great napping buddy. Can't wait to meet you! Please apply to meet me.

Story
Rozata came to Soul Dog in October 2025 nursing four small puppies. She was extremely skinny, covered in scabs from sarcoptic mange, and very timid. She immediately went to a quiet foster home to raise her babies and get healthy. She has started to come out of her shell, turned into a beauty and is sure to become someone's beloved friend. She is completely housetrained, quiet, and loving. She has learned how to walk on a leash, and loves to just stand close to her humans and be fed treats. She has been around other cats and kids and done well. Her temperament is quiet and gentle, and she may do best in a calm adult household without other dogs. She likely has not lived in a house as a pet before coming to Soul Dog, and will need a family committed to showing her all the ways of the world and helping her sweet nature continue to blossom with confidence. She is in a foster home, please apply on our website if you are interested in adopting her. Email adopt@souldog.org with any questions.
