Story
Our little Starla is a doll! She loves everyone and everything! Children, toddlers, bearded dragons, other dogs, all people...Bring it on she will make you fall head over heels for her in no time! The only thing she dislikes is her crate, but that can be worked around since she is fine in her pen. She walks on a leash well and definitely wants to play with other dogs. She enjoys zoomies and food and snuggling. She is fostered with children and another dog and enjoys them so much. She is sleeping through the night (she keeps trying to sleep with the toddler, as he is her favorite) and is playing with all of the toys! She will brighten your day and is always ready to make you feel your best!

Story
Meet Chapa, a super lovable and loving 2.5 year old Dutch Shepherd mix seeking her forever home! This friendly girl adores humans and is fully potty and crate trained. She is an INCREDIBLE dog, and is a perfect size - about 35 pounds.Chapa would be okay either as an only dog, or with a "balanced" to submissive dog playmate in her home. We haven't tested her yet with cats, but can do so upon request! Chapa loves long walks, playing fetch, zooming in your yard, and napping while you work - she is a super smart, fun, loving dog who has been overlooked at the shelter way too long. Her foster family are SHOCKED that noone has scooped her up yet - they can't wait for you to meet her!We ask that all members of the household come for a meet and greet to ensure there are no personality clashes. Story
Meet Boof, an adolescent cattle dog mix who loves people. She thrives on human companionship and daily walks/play time. Due to her breed, she can be a bit stubborn, so she needs an experienced owner to guide her. Boof is comfortable roaming freely in her foster home, even when her caregivers are away. She can be a bit wary of other dogs at first but with the right intros she does amazing. Boof has shown to be quite unsure of younger more active children. She's best suited for households with no or older children who move at a steady pace. Give Boof a chance to be your loyal and affectionate companion! This dog is currently in a foster home. Story
Dumbo's got nothing on me! My name is Budgie, and I have ears for days. People keep saying I'll grow into them, but my foster family says they're growing with me, so I'm not so sure! I'm a survivor -- I had distemper and have a bit of a twitch as a result. Distemper is hard to beat, so I'm a bit of a miracle pup. I didn't let that experience get me down, though -- I love hard, play hard, and have personality for days.I'm just about potty trained, and I sleep through the night! I am learning to walk on a leash. I play so hard during the day with humans and other pups that I literally play myself to sleep. I've been to adoption events, and while I'm overwhelmed at first, I love to meet new friends, dogs, and humans alike! I've never met a cat, but with a careful introduction, I'd want to be their friend! I do fine with kids that I meet! While I play hard, I love to snuggle with my humans when I'm tired. Don't let my tough guy look fool you; I'm a lover boy at heart. I sure hope you're my forever home -- I'm a scrappy survivor with a unique look who deserves a happy ending! Story
I'm a little shy at first, but with a little time you'll see that I'm a sweet and friendly girl. I love making new friends and I thrive when I'm surrounded by people who appreciate my unique personality. I'm more confident when there are other dogs around to help me feel secure.I'm happiest when we can play and explore together. If you're thinking about bringing me into your life, consider enrolling us in a group obedience class. It will help build my skills and give us a chance to bond even more. I'd also do best with calm and patient owners who can guide me with love and understanding. With the right environment and the right people by my side, I can be a loyal and cherished member of your family, bringing joy and warmth to your lives.

Story
The Brush gang arrived at the Rescue from Brush, CO.  Animal Control had them for some time and could not find their furever families, so they asked for help.  They are a sweet, friendly group of Austrailian Cattledog, Lab and pittbull.   They are a very energetic and happy group that can jump high, so a high fence with a large yard or property will be needed for these pups.   Brush pink flowers is one year old and looks mostly Cattledog with her spots, she is spayed, microchipped and current on shots.  She is kennel trained but has not spent time in the house, she has her own kennel at night but shares her yard with her brother. Please fill out an application at www.fureverdogdenver.com   If you have any questions or to meet me, please call (720) 588-6809. ##1788564##
