Story
Fievel is a handsome 2-3 month old mixed breed male puppy. He weighs about 12 pounds. He has a beautiful soft black and gray/white coat. Fievel is a sweet, friendly puppy who cannot wait to have a home of his very own in WI. He is very smart, and has been working hard with his foster family learn commands. He walks well on a leash, and has some basic commands down! He gets along well with people of all ages and likes other dogs. He is potty trained at his foster home, however he is just a young puppy, therefore his new family should be prepared to do additional training while he learns the routine at his new home in WI. He is up to date on vaccines, dewormed and microchipped, and he comes with his medical records and interstate health certificate from a veterinary examination prior to leaving Texas, which certifies him to be in good condition. His adoption fee is $500, which will be used to support the many animals in our care whose medical bills far surpass their much lower adoption fee. If you’re not already familiar with our group, please feel free to visit our Group Page at https://www.facebook.com/groups/TxRescueRidersCommunity If you are serious about this pup, please contact us at DogTrailRides@gmail.com. We take payments through Zelle, Venmo, or CashApp, or we can take card numbers over the phone and process them through Square. All of these methods provide a receipt. Thank you for supporting our efforts to bring Texas dogs north to loving homes! You can read more about us at https://facebook.com/TxRescueRiders (Texas Rescue Riders). Story
Meet Georgia, a sweet Cattle Dog mix with the biggest heart (and ears!) you’ve ever seen. She might be part cattle dog, but don't let that fool you—this girl is all about cozy couch time over herding. She’s super smart and eager to please, so she’ll thrive with some fun activities like agility training, but honestly, she’s a total house dog at heart. Georgia’s already familiar with the comforts of home, is crate-trained, potty-trained, and gets along great with other dogs and kids. She’s curious about cats, but nothing too extreme. If you’re looking for a laid-back, cuddly pup who’s as loyal as they come, Georgia’s your girl! FEE INCLUDES: Adopting an adult dog (6 months or older) includes spaying/neutering, vaccinations, deworming, flea & tick prevention, heartworm testing, and microchipping. For dogs under 6 months, they receive age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, flea/tick prevention, and microchipping. All dogs are spayed/neutered by 6 months, covered within the adoption fee. The procedure must be done at one of our partner clinics. To begin the adoption process, please submit an application on our website: www.hbwi.org/adopt. Once approved, you'll have the opportunity to meet our available dogs. Following the meeting, you can initiate a 5-day Adoption Trial, allowing you to take the dog home. This trial period is designed to ensure the dog is a match for you and aligns with your lifestyle. After the 5-day trial, if all goes well, the adoption will be finalized. Additionally, we require a home visit once the dog is settled in its new home to ensure a smooth transition for both the dog and the adopter.
