Story
Meet Yahoo! I am a gorgeous Australian Cattle dog mix who has beautiful markings. Everyone tells me what a handsome boy I am and how soft my fur is. I am a playful boy who likes to play with frisbee toys, rope toys, and hard toys. I also love to chew on things like Benebones, antlers, and cow hooves. I am a typical cattle dog who has some energy to burn, but everyone tells me I am a very sweet boy. I should not live in a home with young children.I am new to rescue, please check back for updates as my foster family gets to know me. You can also watch for stories, pictures and videos about me on our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/groups/40103261297/ Ask to meet me today!! Adoption fee: Check back soon! All dogs/puppies have been fully vetted including spay/neuter, micro-chipping, worming, heartworm testing and preventative treatment, flea/tick preventative, and all required age appropriate vaccinations. As required by Wisconsin Act 90, all dogs will have received a veterinarian exam (CVI) within the past 30 days. Our adoption process requires the submission of an application. Applications and Adoption Rules can be found on our website, on the "HOW TO ADOPT" tab at JRsPupsNStuff.org. Upon receipt of the completed application, we will process the application including: contact with your veterinarian and completion of a home visit. Please be sure to include the contact information for your vet as we will call. If your vet requires an information release, please be sure to contact them as soon as you submit your application. We are a group of volunteers with families and jobs, so please be patient and allow a few days for our response. JR's Pups-N-Stuff Dog Sellers License 512395-DS

Story
Hey, y’all. They call me Andie (and sometimes Annie). I had a ruff (get it?) start to life, but am resilient and am slowly becoming more confident and outgoing. I am most comfortable with women right now, but will probably warm up to men who are patient and gentle. I love the dogs I currently live with, and will surely adore any future doggy siblings - after I get over my initial caution. That said, I’m still a young pup and love to play and can get a bit overzealous with my smaller friends. Not sure how I feel about cats or kiddos; haven’t spent time with either yet, but I do like to chase... I’m doing great with potty training, know how to sit so pretty when tempted with a treat, and I sleep like a dream in my kennel. I can’t wait to find the right adventure buddy to share all my snuggles & affection with.DATCP# 483538

Story
About Me: Name: Razzle Breed (or best guess): Cattle Dog/Heeler Approximate Age: 2 yr Gender: Female Approximate Weight: 25 lb Adoption Fee: $450 Requirements: Why In Rescue: Owner surrender Profile:  Razzle lost her home due to no fault of her own.  She is now in a foster home and doing great.  She loves people!  She would do well with another dog her size (large dogs are a little scary to her).  She is a super sweet girl, loves chewing on bones, long walks, and a lap to cuddle on.  A fenced yard would be nice so she could run and play but she does walk on a leash.  If interested in this active, wonderful girl, please fill out the pre-adoption application, and we will put you in touch with the foster home. If interested in adoption, the first step is filling out the pre-adoption application at http://www.bichonrescues.com/pre-adoption-form-dog  If link isn't clickable, please copy/paste or visit http://www.bichonrescues.com. We do our best to evaluate the dogs while they are with us, but they sometimes act different in the shelter environment than they do in a home.  Many times we do not know the actual breed/mix or age of the dog, in that case we use our best guess as to breed and age.   We are located in Mukwonago, WI.  Adopters must come to us, we do not ship our dogs.  Please do not apply for a dog until you are ready to adopt.  Once an application is approved you will be notified by email to make an appointment to meet the dog.  All dogs are seen by appointment only. The adoption fee through Bichon and Little Buddies Rescue is $200 - $550 depending on the age of the dog, which includes Wi State Sales Tax.  Included in this fee is your new companion who will be spayed/neutered, have a current Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (as required by state law), current on age appropriate vaccinations, heartworm tested (if old enough) and started on preventative, microchipped, and given a general wormer.  Other medical needs will also have been taken care of, such as dentals and treating ear infections.  To assist you and your new pet in adjusting to life together, you may chose to take an 8 week age appropriate obedience training course at For Pet's Sake Dog Training in Mukwonago, WI for $75 (up to $230 value).  You may opt to take Puppy Kindergarten, Adult Beginners, or Small Dogs Big Hearts.  You must register for the class within 90 days of adoption for the reduced fee.  For more information on the classes visit www.forpetssake.cc  More important information: ***We are a Wisconsin based rescue and do not ship our pets.  If you are considering adoption you must be willing to drive to meet and adopt the pet, as well as bring the pet back to us if the adoption doesn't work.  We adopt primarily in WI and IL, but will consider applicants in MN, IA, and MI.*** ***Please do not set up an appointment to meet the animals until you are ready to take your pet home.  If the meeting results in a match, you can often take the dog/cat home the same day or within a couple days if the medical care hasn't been completed.  We are not able to hold pets for adopters beyond this time.  Thanks for understanding.*** ***While we hope all of our adoptions lead to permanent homes for the animals we place, sometimes things just don't work out.  We do have a 30 day trial period.  For the first 30 days, if you or Bichon and Little Buddies decide that the adoption isn't a good match for either the humans or the pet, the adoption fee will be refunded minus $75 within 30 days of the return of the dog.  Bichon and Little Buddies also requires adopters to return the pet to us at any time that they are unable or unwilling to care for the animal anymore.*** ***We do not show dogs without an appointment.  The first step in adoption is filling out the pre-adoption application at http://www.bichonrescues.com/pre-adoption-form-dog  Please do not call/email until AFTER you have filled out an application.*** Bichon and Little Buddies is a State Licensed Rescue # 268555-DS May 31, 2023, 5:07 pm
