We got Wood about four years ago. He’s been such a good dog! He lives in a house with three kids and plays great with them and their friends. Recently, I’ve started having terrible allergies that are causing me issues. Because of that, we’ve kept him outside a lot of the time, unless it’s too cold, or at night we bring him in. This has helped my allergies and worked well. But we’ve recently needed to sell our house and see now in an apartment, where we can’t keep him outside for long periods of time. I’d love to find a home for him that can keep him inside, and ideally have children for him to play with.

Don’t you love this beautiful face?  Hi I’m Kacy!  40 lbs of the most gorgeous Aussie mix you’ve ever seen.  I’m 2 1/2 years old and I absolutely love every human I’ve ever met.  My foster parents say I’m such a great dog, I’m potty trained, dog door trained, crate trained, and never destructive in the house.  I love chew toys but my favorite is a rope and I would love it if you’ll play tug of war with me!   Exercise is really important to me, I love going for walks and hikes, I am an amazing camping and fishing buddy!  I would be fine as an only dog, I really love my foster sisters but it takes me a while to be comfortable around new dogs.  I’m a little shy about talking about this but I do have a medical condition that my pawrent would need to help me with.  I have allergies but they are pretty well controlled with a prescription diet and a medication.  They can give you more info when we talk on the phone.  They can attest that I’m totally worth it!  If you wanna meet me head on over to  https://bit.ly/RRAdoptionApplication  and ask for Kacy!  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.September 27, 2023, 9:50 pm

Hi! My name is Cisco (short for Francisco) and I am a Aussie x red heeler mix pup. As far as herding puppies go, I'm pretty laid back. But, I'm definitely no couch potato! I love to play and wrestle with my foster brothers. And, I am really good at taking cues from them, when my puppy antics have become a little too much. My foster mom describes me as smart, athletic, fun and supper cuddly. I'm a social butterfly. I love to meet and play with the neighborhood kids that come to visit me and my brother. I would do well in a home with other dogs and older, dog-savvy kids. I have never met cats; but, because of my herding dog heritage, I would probably want to chase them. My ideal home would be one with a fenced yard to keep me safe while I play and an active family who will take me on long walks and hikes or other outdoor adventures on the weekends. My previous owners just couldn't commit to me and have truly failed me. I am a little shy when I first meet you, but I warm up quickly and then am the typical Aussie velcro dog. Where you go, I will follow! I am very sweet and have a moderate energy level-- a daily walk and lots of snuggles on the couch is all I need to live my best life! Children make me very nervous, so a home without kids s a must for me. I can be a little selective when it comes to my doggy friends. I don't like dogs that come on too strong or get in my face. Older, more mellow dogs are OK. I am not a fan of cats, so a furever home that is feline free is a must. I am house-broken, crate-trained, spayed and up-to-date on my vaccinations.
