Story

Pixel is an 8 year old petite border collie mix, who will effortlessly melt your heart. She is a bit timid at first, but once she gets comfortable with you she is the sweetest and cuddliest dog you could ever meet. She loves to play “catch” but does have a bit of a hard time letting go. Pixel is also the queen of tug of war and could play for hours. She’s well mannered, and potty trained. She is reactive to loud or strange noises, and doesn’t like men in dark clothes or anyone wearing hats. She can also be reactive to other dogs when out on walks. She has early stage 2 kidney disease, but the only treatment we do right now for it is a prescription renal support food. Pixel gets along with other dogs, but has behavior issues when it comes to living with them. She’d do best as the only pet in a home with no children, or with children who are older and respectful. One of my favorite things about her is that when she is relaxed her tongue pokes out. She also has the most beautiful eyes.
