Story
Meet Casper! Casper is a sweet, cuddly companion looking for the right forever home. He is fully house trained and crate trained, making him an easy addition to a structured household. At heart, Casper is a lazy, affectionate dog who loves nothing more than relaxing and snuggling with his favorite people. ❤️Casper does well with cats and can also be good with other dogs when given proper, slow introductions. He is very smart and eager to please, knowing a variety of commands including sit, place, leave it, shake, touch, crate, and gentle. ❤️An ideal home for Casper would be adult-only (no kids), as he is not comfortable around children. He may show some resource guarding with very high-value treats, so a home experienced with dogs or willing to continue positive reinforcement training would be best. ❤️Overall, Casper would thrive in a calm, loving environment where he can enjoy naps, cuddles, and consistent routines. With the right match, he will be a loyal and loving companion. Www.hindeanimalrescueteam.org

Story
Wynston is a sweet dog a little leary of people. He needs space to run. He listens and know a few commands .I just want him to get a good home. Wynston is a bit shy once he warms up he’s good. Wynston tends to eat his food fast as if he never had food. He has a bowl that slows him down. He’s a good eater. I want to make sure he goes to a good home that will take great care of him.

Story
Rollie was surrendered after his owner died. He had never lived inside until he came into rescue. He is now house and crate trained. He does love to run and play and hide his bones outside. He had very little socialization with other dogs and is a little dog selective (prefers females more than males). He's more of a loner than most. He has always been crated inside to avoid the mischief a beagle tends to get into with chewing items he isn't supposed to be chewing. It is more for his safety of not swallowing anything harmful. He will bark to let you know when he needs to go potty. He has been completely vetted. He deserves a home of his own to retire in and enjoy the rest of his life. He is fostered in East TN, but transportation is included in the adoption fee and provided by Rescue Riders LLC. Please let me know if you have any questions. Please email us for the link to the adoption application.

Story
Winnie is a gentle 13-year-old beagle mix we adopted from a Birmingham, AL shelter when she was 10, and she has been a truly special part of our family. She is incredibly sweet, loves being around people, and is happiest curled up nearby or napping in a cozy spot. She rarely barks unless she's excited to greet you and has a calm, affectionate presence. Winnie is house trained and has always done well with a consistent routine. She is not crate trained (and has never needed to be). At this stage she enjoys a slower pace; short walks 1-2 times per day and plenty of time to relax. As our home has become busier with a now-mobile infant, we feel Winnie would be much more comfortable in a quieter home without small children. This has been a very difficult decision, and our hope is simply to find her a peaceful place to enjoy her senior years feeling safe, loved, and right at someone's side. She truly is a wonderful companion.
