Ryder adores his family and has an especially special bond with his cat loving grandpa. He does well with playing with other dogs. Ryder loves to play with balls and his favorite tug toy, and he's always ready for a game with his people. One of his favorite activities is using his nose to investigate everything around him. He would thrive in scent work or tracking, and he loves following interesting scents during his daily walks at the park. Ryder is both crate trained and kennel trained. He already knows several basic commands, including sit, come and stay, and enjoys learning new things. German Shepherd and Malinois experience required. Fenced yard required. Arcadia is a sweet 9-month-old Belgian Malinois mix that was rescued two months ago from terrible living conditions in Texas. She has been brought up-to-date on her vaccines, spayed, micro-chipped, had a heartworm test, and is fully house-trained. She has started on basic obedience and socialization. It is unknown whether she will do well in a house with cats or other small animals, but she is well-behaved with other dogs and children. She is hesitant with strangers, but warms up quickly and is very affectionate. There are no signs of aggression towards strangers, but she does bark sometimes. Arcadia would do well in a home that is active and can continue to work on her manners, obedience, and training. She sleeps well in a crate, but is displaying some separation anxiety when crated during the day (some barking), so she will need someone willing to continue working on this to get her acclimated to her crate when not sleeping. She is sweet and ready for her forever home.

Despite his menacing name, this boy is a bundle of joy in a svelte package. Felon loves to go at full speed and would be a fantastic companion for someone looking to get into dog sports -- dock diving, barn hunt, IPO -- he wants a shot to shine! In typical Malinois form, he is highly intelligent, loyal, and athletic. He shows moderate food drive and high toy drive and is an exceptionally quick learner. He does have an off switch and is content to chill on place command with a stuffy toy, or in his crate. Felon is very friendly meeting new people and has lived with other dogs as well as cats, but will be best in a cat-free home.
