Kage is a good boy, and just SO cute ;) He is a gentleman in the house, fully potty trained and leash/ harness trained. He gets along great with other dogs and enjoys playing in the backyard with his buds... Kage is a gorgeous lab/border collie mix, the perfect combination of smarts and drive with the family-ness of a lab. He is a great size as well- kind of a mini lab or slightly larger border collie! When you have two great things that go great together, you CELEBRATE!! He is that combo, so you can celebrate by actually adopting him into a fantastic home! He has such a sweet temperament, great with everyone he meets. He does not do well with storms but can be managed, he loves his people and is best if they are around alot. His foster mom just loves him and has gotten him as prepared for his family as she can, now it is up to you! ADOPT, DON'T SHOP!!!!! His LIFE DEPENDS ON IT!!! This lucky pup was dumped at the Medina Lake Dam in Texas with their siblings.  They wondered around the country being spotted by multiple people for several days until a good Samaritan actually stopped and brought them home.  This pup is very social, friendly, loves people and animals.  Travels well in a vehicle and is currently being fostered, learning to be a great puppy.  The pups were born around 02/02/2023.  At 12 weeks she currently weighs 21.4 pounds, so she will be a large dog.   This dog is currently in Texas; however, it can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. If transported, there is an additional transport fee of $225. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. MINNIE ZEPPELIN! Presenting ZEP   Zep is a purebred Minnie Australian Shepherd who was purchased from a Breeder in Montana. Zep's Dad passed away. The man's Widow has relinquished all of her husband's dogs and we have Zep. We are seeing that Zep was mishandled as he fears he is going to be hit. Zep seems selective about the men he takes to, yet he seems to do really well with women and children. Zep loves his foster family consisting of a teenager, a mom, and a grandma. He sleeps with the 12-year-old, does really well with the two tiny resident dogs, and loves to lie in the sunshine and play fetch with his foster family. Zep lets them know when he needs to potty and knows several important commands. Zep is almost 3-years-old. He is an awesome and well-trained dog. Anyone familiar with this breed will be doing themselves and this boy kindness by not shopping for a puppy but giving this loving dog a Forever home. One note. Zep has been attacked by larger dogs and now has a healthy fear of large-breed male dogs. He has done quite well with dogs twenty pounds and under that are dog friendly. Zep needs a home without large dogs. We have not tested him with cats.   What Zep Needs   How to Apply To Adopt ZEP Zeppelin has been transitioned to a human-grade diet that avoids kibble in place of a healthy canine-specific feeding regimen.
