Story
Meet Clover! She's a 1.5yo female Border Collie/Australian Cattle Dog mix looking for her perfect home. She's up to date on all shots, spayed, and has gone through boarding training. She's highly intelligent and knows her basic commands. She'll learn anything that you want/need to teach her faster than you'll ever imagine. We adopted Clover as a puppy with every intention of being her forever family. However, due to chronic illness limitations and other medical issues we simply can't give Clover what she needs anymore. She needs a family that will be able to keep up with her high energy and mental stimulation needs better than we can. Clover would do best in a house without cats. Her herding instincts are very strong and cats understandably don't like that. She would thrive with another dog in the house. She does well with older children but would need easing into being around younger kids. For whatever reason she just doesn't trust them. I am happy to answer any questions you have!

Animal Information:  Meet Blackberry! He and his 2 siblings are 12 weeks old Border Collie mixes (best guess) and will be joining us from California along with their mom Brownie on 06/11/2026. Foster Profile: I wanted to compose the perfect bio for Blackberry but nothing could measure up to him. Berry is super smart, super affectionate and super friendly. We have been working on potty training, which requires a consistent routine. Kennel training, which he has aced, and leash walking. He knows sit and is quick to follow my resident dog's lead with fetch. This little guy likes to follow me like a little lamb. He is very curious about everything. He has done great with my resident dog as well as other dogs in my neighborhood. He has also done well at the public park as well as our visit to Home Depot. He loves to be active and does great in the car. He could also be great in a home with another dog. He is going to be an incredible companion. Story
Animal Information:  Meet Cobbler! He and his 3 siblings are 12 weeks old Border Collie mixes (best guess) and will be joining us from California along with their mom Brownie on 06/11/2026. Foster Profile:  Cobbler is a 3-month-old Border Collie mix with a gentle heart. While he may be a little shy when meeting new people, it doesn't take long for his sweet nature to shine through. He's looking for a patient family who can help him build confidence and continue discovering that the world isn't such a scary place. When Cobbler feels nervous, he'll often seek comfort by tucking himself between your legs or finding a cozy corner where he feels safe. With a little encouragement, he warms up and shows just how lovable he is. For such a young puppy, Cobbler is incredibly smart and learns quickly. He’s already doing well on leash and happily walks by your side. He has a great recall for his age and enjoys playing chase with respectful children. As a typical growing pup, he’s currently teething and picks up anything he finds. Cobbler loves spending time outdoors, especially relaxing in a shady spot on warm days. He's currently working on house training and learning basic commands. He's making great progress and is eager to keep learning! Cobbler would thrive with someone who understands that confidence grows with patience and positive experiences. If you're looking for a sweet, clever companion and are excited to help a young puppy blossom, Cobbler might just be your perfect match.       Dog video: https://youtube.com/shorts/Qob9_pTe_jQ Cat in video: https://youtube.com/shorts/VC2qRKqs0p8?feature=share Snuggle time: https://youtu.be/Uo3TkspW3NQ Animal Information: Sunny is a 1–2 year old Border Collie/Shepherd mix weighing about 55 pounds. She is a healthy, happy young dog with a wonderful temperament. Sunny has a nice energy level; she’s active enough to enjoy walks and playtime but not overly hyper. She has very soft fur and an affectionate personality. Sunny loves being close to her people and will happily lay her head on your chest for cuddles, along with plenty of sweet kisses. Sunny is crate trained, house trained, and does well on leash. She is quiet, enjoys being around people, and settles nicely in the home. She may still need a little help learning to give clearer cues when she needs to go outside, but she is already doing very well. She gets along great with other animals and is currently living with three cats and two large dogs in her foster home without any issues.  Foster Profile: Sunny is an absolute gem! She has been a wonderful sweet loving pup  who is slow to warm-- initially shy but fairly quickly becomes friendly which is very typical of her breed mix . She is curious and gentle around people and currently curious about other dogs from a distance. Sunny is Very energetic, typical of her breed and currently goes on two to three hours of walks each day-- she would love an active family who hikes or runs and is also willing to maybe engage her brain with agility or flyable or barn hunt or sheep herding-- tiring her out will include engaging her brain, nit just her muscles. Breed experience is a must. she enjoys playing in the house and is a lovely leaner and paw giver when seeking attention. She does have an off switch, but she's a fast recharge. Sunny does well in her crate and understands it as a safe space. Sunny is not very vocal in terms of barking, but has a brief whimper initially when left at home. She needs time to warm up to you on her own or she may give a low growl to let you know to give her a moment. Sunny is working on her leash manners and will need continued guidance in this area and we are working on it. o far, Sunny rides very well in the car and is calm while occasionally looking out the window. Sunny knows sit and of and give paw, and se also responds well to hand signals. Sunny seeks attention and enjoys snuggling and being close and could use some training on How To Chill. She will need structure and activities, because she is a smart cookie.                                                                                                              Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $575 which includes spay/neuter, core vaccinations Rabies and DPPV per AVMA standards, any indicated preventative care, heartworm test, microchip with lifetime registration, and recent health check with a veterinarian.
