Story
Lilo is a beautiful boxer who will be turning two this July, and she is full of love, personality, and playful energy. She's at the wonderful age where she is still fun and spirited but also starting to settle into her routine and show her loyal, affectionate nature.Lilo loves to be around people and truly thrives on companionship, but I am sure that she will need a minute to warm up to her new family. Like many boxers, she has a goofy, loving personality and will keep you smiling with her sweet and expressive nature. She would do best in a home that can provide her with consistency, attention, and regular activity. Lilo is still young, so she benefits from continued structure and engagement to help her be her best self. She has so much potential and love to give the right home. Her ideal home is someone that understands the Boxer breed or is ready for an active, affectionate dog and can give her the time, attention she needs. This has not been easy for us, but we want the best for her.

Story
Hi, my name is Winter! I am a 3-year-old male boxer/beagle mix. I was rescued in Rosarito malnourished as a pup, but thankfully my rescue helped get me healthy. I was adopted in LA to a nice family. Sadly after 3 years my owner has no time for me and has decided they can’t keep me any longer. I will do best in a home with one other dog, a big yard and older kids that can play ball with me due to my size older kiddos are best. I walk great on a leash; I love to fetch and go on long hikes. I am also crate trained if needed. Can’t wait to meet you! Please contact my rescue here: 562-328-5276 (Text or call) WINTER♥

Story
Amanda is a gentle senior dog who is ready for a true second chance. She is incredibly social and loves people and other dogs. After her owner passed away, Amanda was left behind in the home and eventually ended up at the shelter. Losing her person and her home was incredibly confusing for her, but despite everything she has been through, Amanda has remained a kind, loving, and easygoing companion. At around 10 years old, Amanda is well past the chaos of puppyhood and is happiest living a calm, comfortable life. She enjoys soft beds, quiet routines, and simply being near her people. She is the kind of dog who settles in beside you and brings a peaceful presence to the home. Amanda does well with a structured routine and appreciates a relaxed environment where she can feel safe and secure. Like many dogs who have experienced big life changes, she may need a little time to adjust to a new home, but once she settles in, her sweet and loyal personality shines through. Senior dogs like Amanda are often overlooked in shelters, but they make some of the most wonderful companions. They ask for very little and give so much in return. Amanda is fully vetted and ready for adoption. She is looking for a patient, loving home that will give her the stability and comfort she deserves in this next chapter of her life. If you’re looking for a gentle, loyal companion and want to give a deserving senior dog the fresh start she’s been waiting for, Amanda may be the perfect match.

Story
Amanda is fully recovered and fully ready to be someone’s forever. 🐾 At 8 years young, Amanda is the kind of dog who makes every day feel a little softer, a little sweeter. After losing her home and being overlooked at the shelter, Amanda waited patiently while her younger companions were adopted. With her grey muzzle and medical concerns, she was passed over time and again… until now. Amanda has since had surgery to remove a mass near her eye and has made a complete recovery thanks to the care of her foster family and medical team. Now, she’s thriving in foster care and showing us just how much life and love she still has to give. Amanda is affectionate, curious, and endlessly endearing. She adores soft beds (especially ones with sides!), belly rubs, leisurely walks, and following her people around the house to check on whatever they’re doing... even vacuuming or taking out the trash. While she’s calm and relaxed most of the day, her playful, puppy-like energy shines in the evenings when she gets zoomy and chews on her favorite toys. She loves walks and lights up when she sees her leash, doing a happy little toe-tap dance. She prefers quieter, residential strolls or scenic spots like the Venice canals, but she’s learning to navigate busier environments too, with patience and encouragement. She walks well on leash, enjoys saying hi to friendly dogs, and is respectful of canine companions, even when they’re not in the mood to play. 🩺 Fully recovered from eye surgery 🐕 Dog-social with a respectful, playful style 💤 Calm, affectionate, and loves a cozy couch or soft bed 🏡 Would love a mellow, loving home — ideally with another friendly dog 🚫 Bed-sleeper alert! She will politely ask to join you, but she settles well with boundaries 🐾 House-trained, good with routine, and very food-motivated (slow feeder needed!) 🧼 Enjoys baths, takes meds easily, and loves new toys Amanda is the ultimate best friend: soulful, snuggly, and just the right mix of chill and playful. She’s waited long enough. Now it’s time for her to be truly seen, cherished, and at home for good.

Story
Sugar Ray is a wonderful loving dog that jumps 6 foot fence like nothing. I feel she needs to be on a large property maybe a ranch type where she can run and explore, or a home that can cater to her by always being home. She is good if someone is here but jumps the fence If she hears a loud noise. She is not crate trained.
