Rummi is a 3 yr old soon to be 4 yr old female. She does get along with other dogs and cats but would do best as the only pet as she likes all the attention. She deaf but follows hand commands very well. She is sweet and lady like. She is crate trained, spayed and up to date with shots. Owner got deployed and is in the Middle East and was unable to find a rescue or foster for her until he returned. We were only housing temporary as our situation only allowed a temporary stay. Time is coming up and we either find someone willing to house her until his return or willing to adopt her so she doesn’t have to go to the shelter!

Foster mom recently did a dog intro with Roxie with some of her personal dog who is also a boxer did excellent with her personal dog so we do know she is dog friendly 100 percent. She in progress getting spay in month of Aug so she will be ready to go to her forever home. Rocco is 70 lb. dark Caramel colored male boxer mix with a patch of white on his chest, 10-12 months old. He has a great temperament and demeanor, loves to be pet and embraced, preferable on your lap. He is calm and chill with a healthy wholesome bark but not a barker. He sits on command and will be easy to train. He was rescued as a stray by a kind samaritan and is in her care along with his running buddy, Frankie, also listed on this website. Both were neglected dogs and have been clean up, now free of fleas and ticks. For additional information, call Lydia at 714-357-8405. All adoption fees cover the mandatory and non-negotiable spay/neuter, rabies, microchip, microchip registration, full sets of core vaccinations (rabies and 1 set of distemper/parvo for adults, 4 for puppies) and deworming. Adoption fees vary based on age, breed, size and the costs incurred on the dog's behalf by us i.e. medical, behavioral training, etc.

Pops is a great dog, he is very smart and learns quickly. He is also very active and loves being outside. He is food motivated, but he gets scared with loud noises and fireworks. He will growl out of fear and shake, but he does not bite. Once he has calmed down or fireworks have stopped, he will go back to being the sweet pup he is. He did receive training in 2022.
