This boy’s a beefcake in every sense of the word. But don’t let the brawn fool you—Houston’s got brains, too! He knows sit, down, stay, high five, and wait. Learning tricks is one of his favorite hobbies, right behind sprinting around the yard like a goofball and battling the garden hose like it personally offended him. His ultimate favorite? Tug of war. (He’ll even let you win sometimes, because Houston is generous and humble like that.) Houston’s ideal day? Just hanging out with his person, doing a whole lot of nothing together. He’s a little shy when meeting new people, but give him a few minutes and you’ll unlock his best feature: champion-level snuggles. At about 1.5 years old, he has that great balance of playful energy and good house manners. His foster reports that Buddy has been a wonderful guest in the home and has had no accidents. Buddy loves people and quickly wins over everyone he meets. He enjoys playing with other dogs, bouncing around the yard, and then settling nearby once the fun is over. At about 50 lbs, Buddy is a great medium-large size — big enough for adventures and playtime but still easy to live with day to day. He has also lived with young children and did well, showing gentle and appropriate behavior. Buddy is an observant dog who likes to take in new situations for a moment before jumping in. Once he realizes everything is good, he relaxes quickly and joins the fun. ✔ House trained ✔ Friendly with people ✔ Enjoys other dogs ✔ Good recall and listens well ✔ Lived with children Buddy is ready for a home where he can finally settle in, be part of the family, and stick around for good. Hans is the embodiment of a good boy. He is comfortable with everyone, easy to walk, listens well, and just wants to enjoy life with his family. * Good with new people * Good with dogs, including off leash dog parks * Good with cats, including cats that do not like him. He does get stuck in rooms sometimes because the cat is in the doorway. * Good with kids, even those who don’t know how to be nice yet. His biggest flaw - if you can call it that - is that he’s a giant cuddle bug that does not realize he’s 70 lbs. His favorite place to sit is on his humans, and he goes to great lengths to figure out how to do so. He’s completely kennel trained and will “go to bed” from anywhere in the house. Needs a little bit more training with manners, especially when food is left out. But he has no aggressive characteristics. Mess with his feet, eyes, ears, mouth, all safe. Adoption fee will be donated to Great Plains SPCA.

Hudson is 3 to 4 years old and weighs 77 lbs . He is neutered and up to date on vaccines , is on a monthly heartworm prevention as well as flea and tick. Hudson has been an apartment dog since being adopted 2 years ago . He is pretty mellow as he likes to nap and lounge on the couch alot. He does get to go for some walks and loves them. They are very limited as it is risky that we run into another dog. He is reactive so he don't get much exercise . He is a big cuddle bug and wants to be with me or on me all the time. Hudson love to give kisses. He loves his treats and dinner time. He lets me bath him, trim his nails, clean his ears, brush his teeth. He does great at the vet for all his pokes. He is is a gentle giant. Hudson needs a home with a yard and no other pets. He needs to be able to run and get exercise . Hudson has had training can sit, lay down go to kennel, shake. He goes to the door and sits to let you know when he needs to go out and go potty. He is very smart!
