Sol is the sweetest angel girl, pure love. I’m devastated we cannot maintain an active lifestyle for her, but I am determined to find her the best home that will love her as much as I do. She’s a boxer-lab mix. She’s very active, so if you have a time consuming job and know she will be left alone for a long time she’s probably not the girl for you. She’s a boredom chewer so if she isn’t given toys under supervision or an activity she will do what she has to in order to entertain herself. With that being said if you have kids for her to run with or another dog or even if you’re just an active person she will be the best companion for you!!! She is currently having a problem with her tail she wags it too much and it has created a scab that keeps opening up I’m trying to fix it before she goes anywhere but I will include bandages and any first aid stuff I use on her to maintain it. There is no adoption fee i don’t care about the money I just need to find her a loving new owner.

Luka is a good boy born into bad circumstances. He was initially found abandoned but I took him in temporarily and got him up to date on shots. Flash forward almost two years and he is still with me. I am relocating due to family circumstances and unable to take him. He is a great boy, and very sweet! But he may need a family comfortable with additional training of a high energy breed. He is house trained, and knows some commands, but could use a little work on leash training. He will be a fantastic companion for the right home!

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Gnome is a special little girl looking for her forever home. She is approximately 9 months old. She is anxious when meeting new people. It takes some time and patience for her to warm up to someone. Gnome loves belly rubs, playing with her sister and our dog in the backyard and chew toys. Like a typical puppy, she likes to dig in the backyard and will chew on anything she finds, i.e., slippers. Gnome is learning to walk on a leash but can be easily distracted. She is house broken and is learning her basic commands. She would do well in a home with another dog. She has had limited exposure to cats but those interactions were successful. Gnome is currently being fostered with her sibling Patti. They have been together since birth and are extremely close. We feel it would be a plus if this bonded pair were adopted together into their forever home. But this is absolutely not needed! Clyde has survived the unimaginable. During the artic temperatures he was on a chain with minimal shelter and no regular feedings. He survived...others did not. Clyde has some MAJOR food issues. He was deprived for so long with such sporadic feedings that it will take him quite awhile to realize he will not be hungry anymore. The investigative team with the Missouri Humane Society helped with this situation and they took several of the adult dogs. We had committed to 2. Clyde was one of the ones we were given. He was having a very difficult time gaining weight at the humane society. This isn't uncommon...a dog that doesn't handle being caged well will sometimes spin/react poorly and be unable to hold their weight and gaining weight would be really difficult. We are also a facility based rescue...so we are unsure if he'll gain weight or not, but we will try...and try to find him a home/foster home too! Clyde is heartworm positive and that treatment will start as soon as he settles into our routine here. We've only had him a few days so far. Follow us on Facebook to keep updated on him!
