Story
Luka is a good boy born into bad circumstances. He was initially found abandoned but I took him in temporarily and got him up to date on shots. Flash forward almost two years and he is still with me. I am relocating due to family circumstances and unable to take him. He is a great boy, and very sweet! But he may need a family comfortable with additional training of a high energy breed. He is house trained, and knows some commands, but could use a little work on leash training. He will be a fantastic companion for the right home!

Story
Hubbell is a wonderful dog. He's 6.5 and about as chill as can be. I had him for about 2 days before my landlord informed me she is selling our house, and we have had to make the unfortunate decision to re-home him. I didn't want him back at the shelter so we still have him, but we are also still getting to know him! Hubbell loves everyone he meets. He really just wants to snuggle. He's gentle taking treats and has been good around small children so far. He does okay on a leash, and would improve with a little training. Currently, his walks are short as he is being treated for heartworm. He has about 3 months left of his monthly treatment, and I have meds to send with him. He also does well in his kennel and I have a kennel, a bed, a leash and harness to donate, as well as any food or treats I have left. We haven't tested him with other dogs. The shelter said he was shy in play groups, and on walks he seems to want to play. Unsure of cats.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Gnome is a special little girl looking for her forever home. She is approximately 9 months old. She is anxious when meeting new people. It takes some time and patience for her to warm up to someone. Gnome loves belly rubs, playing with her sister and our dog in the backyard and chew toys. Like a typical puppy, she likes to dig in the backyard and will chew on anything she finds, i.e., slippers. Gnome is learning to walk on a leash but can be easily distracted. She is house broken and is learning her basic commands. She would do well in a home with another dog. She has had limited exposure to cats but those interactions were successful. Gnome is currently being fostered with her sibling Patti. They have been together since birth and are extremely close. We feel it would be a plus if this bonded pair were adopted together into their forever home. Hi! My name’s Houston. I'm a four-year-old boxer mix boy and kind of a beefcake at around 80 pounds. (I'd argue that it's all muscle, too.) One of the things I want most in a forever home is a human friend to hang out with, not doing anything in particular, just a couple pals spending time together. Wouldn't that be amazing? I'm a little shy at first, but if you'll give me a few minutes to get to know you, we'll be besties. And I promise to be your snuggle pup! Really, though, I’m way too smart to laze around 24/7. I know sit, down, stay, high five, orbit, between, and wait. Learning tricks is one of my favorite activities and I can pick up new ones in just a day or two. I love to run outside and play in water from the hose. In case I wasn't clear enough on that, I LOVE PLAYING IN THE WATER!!!. My favorite game of all is tug of war. (I'll even let you win sometimes!) I’m kennel trained, house trained, and am good at being left alone. In fact, I do some of my best snoozing in my crate while I wait patiently for you to come home. I’d do best in a home with older children because I’m still learning how to contain all my excitement around the little ones. Since I've been looking for a home for a while, I think I'd prefer to be the only doggo so I don't have to share. I’ve got so much love to share and I absolutely cannot wait to meet you! Story
Willow is a young adult female. She’s had a rocky start on life. As a puppy she severely abused and dumped at the local shelter. An elderly couple adopted her and absolutely adored her. When they eventually had to move in with family, the family would not allow the dog to come so she ended up in need of a home. Again. She’s an amazing girl who loves car rides, enjoys laying at your feet or snuggling. Will chase a ball and get the zoomies but also curls up on the couch to snooze! She loves chew bones and stuffed kongs! Food is the way to her heart. She biggest downfall is that she takes a bit to warm up to new people. But once she is comfortable she’s your best buddy! She will always be somewhat leery of strangers. She would make an excellent truckers companion! She is crate trained and house broken. She does get along with some other dogs but not all. She’s never been around cats.
