Story
Meet Puck &#194&#150 A Handsome Boy Looking for a Quiet, Patient Home Hello, my name is Puck! I am an 8-year-old male Domestic Short Hair who weighs approximately 13 lbs. My previous owners could no longer care for me, so I was surrendered to Rockwall Adoptions in hopes of finding my forever home. I'm a sweet boy, but I'm also a bit reserved and need time to adjust to new environments and people. I'll do best in a calm, quiet home with someone who understands that I may need a little patience as I settle in. Due to my temperament, I am not recommended for homes with children under the age of 13 and I will need to be the only pet in the home. My adoption fee is $50. I am neutered, microchipped, current on my rabies and FVRCP vaccine, and Fiv/Felv negative. If you're interested in making me part of your family, please submit an adoption application at https://rockwalladoptions.com/adoptfoster/adoption-application/ . Once your application is received, RAC staff will schedule meet and greets with approved adopters.  All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm. For questions, please call 972-771-7750 ext. 2 or email info@RockwallAdoptions.com. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense. November 5, 2025, 3:27 pm

Story
Hello! My name is Acorn, and I'm a sweet 2-year-old Domestic Medium Hair weighing about 8 lbs. I was brought to the Rockwall Adoption Center after a kind citizen found me but was unable to continue caring for me. Now, I'm hoping to find a calm, loving home to call my own. I'm a gentle guy who would do best in a quiet, adult-only home where I can feel safe and loved. I haven't shared a home with other animals before, so that will be a new experience for me as I continue to adjust and grow more confident. I'm currently eating dry cat food and doing well with litter box training. My adoption fee is $50. I am neutered, microchipped, current on my rabies and FVRCP vaccine, and FIV/Felv negative. If you're looking for a quiet companion with a soft heart and even softer fur, I'd love to meet you! My name is Nala, I love to sleep eat and play with my sister, Luna (also on this site). I to play with dogs by rubbing against them and running away. I like cuddles under the blanket once I feel safe around you. I don’t like being held too long for grooming or otherwise. I just want a calm safe house where I can play and cuddle with my sister cat.

Story
Hello there! My name is Stitch, and I'm a handsome 1-year-old Domestic Shorthair weighing about 10 lbs. I was brought to RAC after being found wounded on 9/10/25 and bring in to see if I could be helped. No owner came forward to claim me so I am now available for adoption! I'm a friendly, affectionate boy who's looking for a calm, loving home to call my own. I'm litter box trained and currently eat dry adult cat food. I am neutered, microchipped, up to date on my yearly vaccines, and my adoption fee is just $30. I tested FeLV negative, but I did test FIV positive. Don't let that scare you&#194&#151FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) is a cat-specific autoimmune condition, and with proper care and an indoor lifestyle, cats like me can live long, healthy, happy lives. If you're looking for a loyal companion who will reward your love tenfold, I'd love to meet you! If you are interested in love that lasts a lifetime, visit https://rockwalladoptions.com/adoptfoster/adoption-application/ to fill out an application and RAC staff will be in touch with next steps.  All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX.
