She would do fine with a submissive brother.  She loves to snuggle with her people and have a nice sunbathe on nice days. S he also likes to sit in her chair around a campfire.  She needs a dental.  Her dental is sponsored by a donor if completed at Ghent Hill Vet Clinic with  Dr Barnes office. Her adoption fee is $250. Meet Coco! She is approx. 8-9 years old and a Chihuahua that weighs 12 lbs. ( We are not sure if she is a mix or just a bigger Chi).  She is Tri-colored. Her and Dexter and Ethel (already adopted) (in the photos too), had a good home life living all together until their mom passed away.  None of them are related but all get a long great.  Coco & Dexter can be adopted together but do not have to be. However they would love to have a friend at home to hang out with, it is not a must though. As far as we know they have never lived as an only fur baby. She is working on house breaking and is doing great with an occasional accident. She is crate trained with no accidents in the crate.  Never been seen around cats or kids. We do suggest a home with a dog savvy cat and kids over 10 year of age.  This animal is current on all age appropriate vaccines, dewormed, microchipped, and spayed/neutered or will go home with an already scheduled appointment. They have also been given flea prevention. Adoption fee is $350.00. Meet Dexter ! He is approx. 5-6 years old and a Chihuahua mix with what we think might be a Dachshund, he  weighs 12 lbs. He and Coco and Ethel (already adopted)  (in the photos too ), had a good home life living all together until their mom passed away.  None of them are related but all get a long great.  Coco & Dex ter can be adopted together but do not have to be. There were far too many children(6) to pick on me. I've been with my foster mom for a year now and I think we have a few things straightened out, regarding what kind of a home I need. I need an off the grid owner. Do you growl at children? I getcha. Nothing wrong with  that, as long as you stay away from the little monsters. Are you a private person,me too. I'm currently living in a quiet country home with a fenced yard where I can expend some energy chasing the squirrels. We have a routine and infrequent visitors. There are other little dogs here and we get along fine, but I do not like strange dogs and would be best as an only pet. I like to play with  squeaky toys, rope toys and nyla bones, am reliably house and crate trained and love to ride in the car and snuggle with foster mom when our day is done.  I will be 3 years old soon, weigh 19.5 lbs. and have the cutest underbite. I am healthy, low maintenance, caught up on all my vaccinations and heart worm negative. I am VERY REACTIVE to new people and situations(stranger danger) and will bark and show fear aggression. I can be worked through this, if you have experience at socializing reactive dogs. It will be a work in progress to help me. IF YOU HAVE A QUIET HOME, WITH NO CLOSE NEIGHBORS OR CHILDREN, we could be best friends. I would love my very own human being buddy. Cecile's cool with other TINY canines but would happily reign as the sole furry queen. Her feelings on cats and kiddos? That's still a mystery. Cecile will be ready for adoption on December 20, 2025.
