Story
June Bug, a 10-year-old Chiweenie, shares a special connection with Milo, and they're looking for a peaceful, adult-only household (no other pets is ideal). This duo would thrive in a home with someone who has plenty of time to spend with them, as they appreciate companionship and calm environments. Both are house-trained and crate-trained, responding well to their routine, though they might need a little extra attention during poor weather conditions (very cold weather or strong storms) to avoid accidents. They can be shy around new people and other dogs, a trait that comes from their cautious nature. June Bug is in good health, maintaining her wellness with regular dental care and check-ups. She enjoys her walks, the simple pleasures of belly rubs, and the occasional squirrel chase. June Bug and Milo offer a steady, loving presence and are ready to become a cherished part of their new family. Milo's profile: https://www.adoptapet.com/pet/41724192-olmsted-falls-ohio-chihuahua-mix

Story
Introducing Milo, a 10-year-old Rat Terrier with a heart full of love, seeking a home alongside his best friend, June Bug. This devoted duo is perfect for an adult-only household where they can enjoy the company and attention they cherish (no other pets is ideal). Milo and June Bug are house-trained and crate-trained, comfortable with their routines but may need have accidents during extreme weather. While initially shy around new people and dogs, their cautious behavior stems from a place of fear, and a gentle, patient approach will allow their true, affectionate nature to shine through. Milo is in overall good health. Keeping up with regular dental cleanings is important for him. He's protective and deeply affectionate, often sticking close like a true 'Velcro dog.' His happiness is infectious, and he looks to June Bug for guidance and support. June bug listing: https://www.adoptapet.com/pet/(xxx) xxx-xxxx 7-olmsted-falls-ohio-chihuahua-dachshund-mix

Story
Poncho is in a foster home. To meet him text Rachael at 4407730270. Are you ready to meet a pint-sized dynamo with a giant personality? Say hello to Poncho, our little chihuahua who is convinced he runs the show! Poncho is currently living the good life in a foster home, where he's perfecting his royal wave and learning that humans make excellent subjects. He's got what we call "little man syndrome"-he might be small, but he thinks he's the boss of everyone and everything. Don't let his attitude fool you, though. Poncho is a loyal little dude who bonds hard and fast with people who understand the art of patience. Give him some time, and he'll be your shadow, your protector, and your snuggle buddy all rolled into one. Poncho has a few quirks that make him even more lovable. He tends to prefer the company of women over men, probably because he knows ladies appreciate his royal charm. However, given time to warm up, he will eventually warm up to a man. He also loves to hide under blankets-his little fortress of solitude. Give him a bone or a squeaky toy, and you'll see him in his element, gleefully entertaining himself. And once you've earned his trust, get ready for a barrage of kisses! Poncho needs a child-free castle (unless the kids are older and know how to respect his tiny but mighty boundaries). If given time to warm up, Poncho eventually will make friends with other dogs, but it would require a very patient dog willing to allow him to speak his mind in the beginning. He has made a few very good doggy friends and loves to play once he trusts them! And don't expect him to roll out the red carpet for any feline intruders-he's not afraid to give a growl to any cat that dares get in his face. This little guy is house trained, cage trained, and would thrive best with someone who has experience with chihuahuas or other small dogs. Ready to meet the king of the chihuahuas? Contact Rachael at 440.773.0270 and prepare to be charmed by Poncho's big personality in a tiny package!

Story
Meet Sam and Salem, an inseparable pair of sweethearts who are looking for their forever home together! These two are completely bonded and must be adopted as a duo. While they may take a little time to warm up to new people, once they do, they are as sweet as pie and will shower you with love and loyalty. Sam and Salem thrive on each other's company, and you'll often find them curled up together, sharing toys, or simply enjoying each other's presence. They are crate trained and feel comfortable in their cozy space when needed. Sam and Salem previously lived with other dogs and cats, so they're open to having furry siblings in their new home. They would do best in a calm household without young kids, where they can continue to build trust and settle in. Although they're still working on house training, with a little patience and routine, they're sure to improve. Adopt Sam and Salem, and you'll get double the cuddles, double the love, and two lifelong companions! A meet and greet with all other dogs in the home is required before Sam and Salem can be adopted. This step ensures that they will be a good fit with their new furry family members and helps create a harmonious environment for everyone. Sam and Salem have previously lived with other dogs, so they're used to canine companions, but this meet and greet is essential to ensure a smooth transition into their new home.
