Story
So we acquired moose from a house in Armstrong Iowa he was in a bad place and we thought we would be able to give him a better home not realizing how big he would get but he is such a great dog he know how to wipe his feet if you tell him to wipe his feet he will stay on the rug until you can wipe his feet with a towel. He is 1 year old his birthday is thanksgiving day and we just can’t keep him since I am pregnant we have a lot more on our had to take care of and he is just to much for us to take care of when my husband is at work for 9-14 hour days and then a newborn and a 4 year old on top of that . I just hope we can fine a great happy home for him to got to we love him so much just can’t handle the energy. So if you would like to adopt him we would give you everything we have for him and you wouldn’t have to purchase a thing for at least a month but kennel is included with everything

Story
UpDate: this wonderful dog has been waiting 2 years for a family and everyone that meets him doesn't know why?!?! He spent 2months at a training program just for fun to get him out of the shelter and he was amazing as we knew he would be. He had a large play group of dogs all sizes. They said he is very well trained inside and crate trained. He was DNA tested 60% GSD and pitty mix. His personality is very Shepherd like..he just has an beautiful brindle pitty coat. He has been very careful of children...not always adults bit he was great while staying with my sister and small niece. Please share this post and help this beautiful boy find a family!!! This is the coolest dog...just the freaking coolest!! And sooooo smart, his smarts have gotten him in trouble from day 1. He was turned into a shelter with his sister as puppies and he was transfered to another shelter. He waited there over a year and was recently moved to out shelter. ***We would LOVE to see him get a job in detection work!!** he loves to work!! He way too smart to be kennels and waiting has been very hard on him. He's very sweet with people just doesn't quite know his size which is why we said not good with children he's not aggressive just more of a bulldozer. Same with other dogs he's ALOT and intense from all the pent up energy. We are looking for the perfect fit for this guy is you feel you have a life waiting for him please contact us to get the application process going it's painless I promise and he is soooo worth it
