URGENT URGENT - Plainfield, Iowa 50666 - BONDED PAIR - CUPCAKE and SKITTLES - 2 female saint bernards that are beautiful, sweet, kind, and sad. They were dumped weeks ago, going to farm to farm until a loving home has taking them in to care for them until adopted. I am paying for the vetting, shots etc. Laurie is taking them to the vet asap. They ARE BONDED. Cupcake, is older (4-5), over bred and dumped to the streets. She is patient, kind and grateful. Plays with the grandchildren. Skittles a young female (1 1/2-2), (but of course already bred) is obviously more playful. Free to a loving wonderful home. DOGS ARE GOOD WITH KIDS, DOGS, HOUSEBROKEN, LISTEN VERY VERY WELL AND JUST WANT TO BE WITH THEIR PEOPLE. I will pay for spaying too. Story
Jake is just a little over 2 years old. He weighs around 50 lbs. He loves to run and play in the snow. Even at 50# he wants to be a lap dog and wants all the attention. I feel he could be a great hunting dog with the proper training. He chases squirrels up trees and will sit below or try to climb it to get the squirrel. He chases rabbits. He has been to puppy classes at Petsmart but I wasn't consistent in his training. He needs a strong hand as he does pull when on the leash. I've had his DNA tested which gave me 12 different breeds. Pit bull, Stafford terrier, Labrador, golden retriever, Australian shepherd, miniature American shepherd, German shepherd, beagle, American bull dog, Cocker spaniel and chow chow. He loves people and the attention. He gets excited to see them. He's an indoor dog and prefers to be with you. He's crate trained and has never had an accident in the house as he'll lead you to the door..

Story
We lost our elderly fostered Boston Terrier in 6/23 after having her for 6 months We had never had a Boston and fell in love with the breed. I saw an ad in the paper for free adult Boston Terrier females in 8/23. I contacted the lister and he said that he had bred Bostons and was getting rid of the females. He said she was 4 years old and unvaccinated. He was a reputable man. She was very nervous. My husband and I live on an acreage and she gets along very well with our outdoor lab/aussie mixes (2 males - 4 and 2 years old), cats and a rooster. At night she sits on my lap as we watch TV and is very loving. The reason we have to get rid of her is she growls and throws her head at our adult kids and grandsons. We thought that she would get used to them and she is getting worse. We can't trust her as we have a new baby due in three weeks. I absolutely love her as an outside dog and one that sits on my lap at night. She needs to be in an adult female home.
