Posted him 8 months ago but things changed and took longer then expected so removed his listing and just updated and put back up on 2/8/2026. That is why the ad says 8 months ago! Male Lab mixed with beagle, Australian Shepherd and Corgi. He looks like a lab the size of a beagle basically. He is the absolute best boy! He will be your best friend. He is great with kids of all ages, very patient and loving. He gets along very well with other dogs and cats. He wants everyone to be his friend. He loves to run!-part of the Australian Shepard in him. He knows basic commands. Sit,shake, lie down, etc. He is potty trained and all vaccines are UTD. He is neutered. Needs to go to loving home, he is the best dog ever! Literally gets along with everyone and everything. Rehoming due to moving. He needs to go to a loving home that will give him all the love he deserves. Someone who can take him out for daily walks/runs. He loves the dog parks as well! Can give him lots of treats and snuggles.

Story
Hello, my name is Lucy. I'd really like to find my forever home. I hope that is you. A little about me, I'm about a year old. I'm a mix of a little bit of this and a little bit of that, maybe even Husky; I certainly talk like one, but I don't seem to shed like one. So, you get the good without the bad. I will sit and cuddle, but it takes a bit of time for me to calm down after outside time. Outside, I prefer a fenced yard over a lead, but it is not required. I'll chase a ball or a stick, but I'm a bit reluctant to give it back. I do prefer we get to know each other before you put your hands in my mouth to take things from me, or into my food dish, but I warm to the idea once we take that time together; My foster can put their hands in my food while I eat, but I do try to push them away with the side of my head (because it's mine and he can get his own :P). I don't growl or show aggression, so that's progress from when I went into rescue as a pup. I haven't been diagnosed, but I might have a bit of separation anxiety cause when my foster is gone, I created art out of the couch cushions, which he didn't appreciate. So a puppy gate to cordon off couches would be a good idea, currently, my foster keeps me in the kitchen when he leaves, because crates scare me. I am willing to work on it, but I'm not a fan. I get along with other dogs, but the bigger the better so we can play, but I won't hurt a small dog. Currently, the little dog in the house with me needs a break from my antics from time to time. The Lab in my house is much older and has explained to me that not everything I do is acceptable in the dog world, and the learning curve hasn't been so bad. I just met cats recently and I find them interesting, but I still need time to figure out what I think. Human kids are ok, but I can be slightly overwhelming at the start with new people, so don't judge me to harshly on my initial excitement. I'm young, and I have a lot to learn yet. I just need some time and patience from you.

Story
Rio is a great dog. She is very loving and sweet. She is very attached to her people and snuggly. We love her very much but just are not home enough to meet her needs and want her to have the best possible life. She gets very sad being alone all day. She would benefit from a family who is home most of the day. She would benefit from an experienced pet owner who can provide some additional training. She is mostly house trained but does have accidents when left home alone too long.

Story
Hi there! My name is Lola (7 years old), and I’m a loyal, loving girl who’s looking for a new best friend. I’m very well-trained — I listen attentively, walk beautifully on a leash, and know my commands. My current humans put a lot of time and love into my training, and it shows. I thrive with structure and love making my people proud. But don’t let my good manners fool you — I’m also a total snugglebug at heart. Once the day slows down, there’s nothing I love more than curling up close for some quiet cuddle time. ❤️ I’ve been a devoted companion to my family, but life has gotten a lot busier. As much as they love me, they can no longer give me the time, attention, and activity I deserve. I’m ready to find a new forever home where I can be your loyal shadow, your walking buddy, and your snuggle partner all in one. If you’re looking for a gentle, well-behaved girl with a heart full of love — I’m your Lola.

Story
Hi! My name is Tucker and I'm looking for a loving home to call my own! I am 9yrs old and I've been at the shelter since 1/13.I am a very sweet but shy boy who will take a little time to warm up. A few treat and pets will open my up a bit. I am a very sweet guy who is looking for a home where I can be spoiled to no end! I walk ok on leash but can pull when I get excited. I enjoy any treat offered trust me I am not picky. I havent shown a ton of interest in toys yet but I haven't open up a ton here at the shelter yet!My ideal home would be very patient and loving while I adjust to new environments. I would do best as an only animal in the home. Staff also thinks I would be better off in a home with no young children. If you are interested in adopting me, please visit Animal Allies at 4006 Airport Road or you can call the Adoption Team at 218-722-5341 as early as 10:30 AM and place a nonrefundable $25 hold towards my adoption fee to put you first in-line to adopt! Our adoption team is available via phone Tuesday-Friday from 10:30am-6:00pm and Saturday-Sunday 10:30am-4:00pm. Our adoption process is first come first serve.TUCKER'S ADOPTION FEE: $225 plus tax. This fee is used for the extensive costs associated with vetting and otherwise caring for Tucker and future pets at our shelter. Every adopter from Animal Allies receives a pet that has been spayed or neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. Our pets also receive dental work or other treatments when necessary. In addition, Animal Allies provides free lifetime post-adoption counseling to help with any behavioral issues or concerns you may have for your new pet!
