We adopted Duke for our son for an emotional support animal. He has been great for our son. We are confident Duke was abused by his previous owners. He is scared around children and new people. Once he warms up he is so sweet and loving. He has improved by being exposed to more people and this is better in public settings where he feels less protective. He is a great guard dog with a commanding bark. We love Duke dearly but we cannot keep him in our apartment and our sons apartment will not allow him to have him. Please help us give Duke a new loving family. He really deserves it.

Needing to rehome this sweet, loving girl. She was raised around young kids and many farm animals. She does well with cats and other dogs. She is good with chickens, though they still excite her when they squawk and fly. Callie loves to play ball, tummy rubs, sitting on your lap, water, and cuddles. She can sit, stay, shake, wait, leave it, come, and lie down. Overall, she is a very sweet dog and has the softest fur. She was a rescue, and I got her when she was about 3 months old. The vet thinks she is a flat-coated retriever. Why am I rehoming her? She doesn’t like babies, as in infants. Twice she has growled and then snapped at them. Two different infants with two different people holding them. It truly hurts my heart to let her go, but I just can't take the risk should she actually make contact. Callie has all her puppy shots and is current on her rabies. She's had two heat cycles. She is 19 months old and not spayed.

Kenai (KeenEye) is about five years old. She has a very sweet and playful disposition. Her human companion died recently and would bond to a new human quickly. She has lived in the country most of her life and would like lots of room to explore. She has never been formally trained but would respond to a patient trainer. She sleeps on the bed and would expect to continue this as part of of her bonding. She loves to fetch and play tug of war. Temporary guardians are willing to drive Kenai to you.

Chancho turns 2 in December, we got him from a well established breeder locally. He is around 20lbs and is about as large as he will get. He is a very high energy Velcro dog, who unfortunately is not getting the time and attention he deserves with us. He is house trained, sleeps on a dog bed at night, and knows simple commands like sit, stay, and spin. He is a quick learner and very treat motivated though he does seem to have a sensitive stomach. We are in no rush to re-home and it is important for us to find a home that has lots of time available for him.
