Story
Meet Kaylee! This sweet girl was brought to us with her 5 puppies, Brock, Bravo, Brax, Brigg, and Britt. Fill out an application to give this Rottweiler mix a furever home! To meet one of our adoptable pets or to start the adoption process, please access the adoption application on our website, www.crossroadsanimalrescue.org or download and email it to crossroadsanimalrescuesc@gmail.com. We will then approve you (sending in the application does not obligate you to adopt) and we can set up a time for you to meet one or more of our pets. You can then pay the adoption fee and officially adopt after meeting your new family member. Alternatively, you can do the adoption over the phone before meeting your new pet. The benefit to this is that we will hold the pet for you. However, the adoption fee is non-refundable if you changed your mind after adopting over the phone. Most of our pets are obtained from animal control and therefore we are not certain of their breed or breed mix. We list breed mixes that they most resemble or that their former owners said they were. However, we don't make any guarantees about breed - it is a best guess! Our adoption fees include the spay/neuter surgery, deworming, vet exam, and up to date vaccines. It also includes microchipping as well as heartworm testing or feline leukemia testing. We are happy to adopt out-of-state (and even out of the country!) but transportation for the adopted pet is the responsibility of the new pet owner. If you cannot adopt a pet at this time but would like to support our rescue, please click on the "Sponsor a Pet" button. Your donation will help feed the dogs, cats, small animals, and horses at CARE. Please email at crossroadsanimalrescuesc@gmail.com or call us at (864)972-9906 for more information. This phone number will reach Crossroads Animal Hospital, which is the home of CARE. During business hours, a receptionist will be able to speak with you regarding our adoptable pets. After business hours, the only way to contact CARE is via email. Our puppies and kittens are also eligible for 10% off the rest of the vaccines in their puppy/kitten vaccination series at Crossroads Animal Hospital. Most adult pets are spayed/neutered prior to adoption. Puppies and kittens may have the surgery before adoption or we may have new owners return later for the surgery. For more information about CARE and to see our adoption application, go to our website, www.crossroadsanimalrescue.org

Jazzi had been released to us because the owner couldn't care for her due to a lack of funds. Upon arrival, Jazzi had been matted and malnourished. We shaved her down and started feeding all she could eat. Jazzi is now thriving! Jazzi has gained weight and is feeling so much better. Jazzi's personality is starting to show more and more each day. She is very sweet and loves getting lots of pets and hugs. Jazzi really needs a forever home that can show her lots of love! (The picture above is when they first arrived)

Story
Hi everyone! My boyfriend and I have 2 lab mixes we are trying to rehome. Their previous owners moved and abandoned them, so we took them in for now. Their names are Puck, and Penelope! They are 1 years old, and brother and sister. We ask they get adopted together, because Puck will barely go anywhere without his sister. They are not neutered, and I am unsure if they've had their shots. These 2 are the sweetest dogs I've ever been around! They're good with humans, other dogs, and cats. They even let us bathe them the first day of knowing them! They also listen well, and I'be been training them to eat out of separate bowls. If my boyfriend and I didnt travel so often, we would keep them. I believe their ideal mom/dad would be someone who likes long walks, loves to play, is okay with training them, and even though they are 2 peas in a pod, I dont think they would mind having even more siblings! Fee includes harnesses & leashes, food and water bowls, toys, and food.

Story
This is Paw. He is a 15 pound terrier mix that I found on the side of a back country road. He is very sweet. He longs for human interaction. If you like to have dog on your lap while relaxing, then he is the dog for you. I’ve only had him for a few days, but so far, he has not had any accidents in the house, and he sleeps through the night in a crate. He does, however come with some medical issues. He has some battle scars from living in the wild. He has whipworms and is heartworm positive. I have started parasite teatiment already. He has had a rabies shot, and has been given one dose of Nextguard.
