Story
Mr. Chico and Mr. Moo are two sweet small-breed boys looking for a calm, loving home—maybe even together. Both came to us from another shelter and didn’t have the best start to life, but having each other nearby has helped them feel safe and supported. While they aren’t officially bonded, it would be amazing to see them adopted together, or into a home with another small dog. Mr. Chico is about a year old and under 15 pounds. He’s shy at first, but with a little patience and time, he warms up quickly and becomes very affectionate. Once he trusts you, he loves rolling onto his back for belly rubs and soaking up all the love. He’s still learning how the leash works and can be scared of it, but he’s making progress. Mr. Moo may be a bit older—possibly around 6 years old—but he’s still spunky and full of personality. He’s incredibly sweet and thrives in quiet, low-key environments with patient people. He loves toys, especially small squeaky ones, though he’ll happily play with toys twice his size. Like Mr. Chico, he’s still gaining confidence with leash walking and is working on that with us. Both boys are under 15 pounds and won’t get any bigger. They love cozy dog beds, wrapping themselves up in blankets to stay warm, and catching up on sleep. These gentle souls would do best in a calm home that understands patience and kindness go a long way. If you’re looking for one small companion—or maybe two—come meet Mr. Chico and Mr. Moo. This very sweet duo is ready to find their forever home. 💕

Story
Zara is a two year old Siberian husky with 21% Alaskan malamute. Despite these 2 large breeds, she is on the smaller side at 43lbs. She is an absolute sweetheart; house-trained, knows her basic commands like sit, stay, lay down, and walks and runs great on a leash. Unfortunately due to our relocation and new jobs, we will not be able to take her with us. This little girl deserves a loving home where she can run around and be cared for. She would do amazing with other dogs and prefers to be in a pack, or you can be her pack.
