Stocky boy is learning to loose leash walk. Found off Hwy 90 near river bottom before Thanksgiving. He prefers being indoor on raised bed. Like walks on long line for sniffing. Does well on short car rides to vet, hardware store, or pick up order at drive thru food store. Prefers riding in back seat on longer car rides. He likes ear rubs, belly scratches and running. UTD on vaccinations, dewormed. Heartworm negative, neutered, and takes flea-tick preventative. Leroy is 1 yo brown medium size dog that is clever and learns best with consistency. 6 ft fence yard or walk on leash for exercise.

Nikki is such a sweet little girl who was brought to us by her owners because they had a new baby & wasn't ready for puppy life & new baby life. She is outgoing & loves rubs. She is spontaneous & is in the process of house training. She will be current on shots next week. Can you give this sweet girl a loving home? I think she'd be good with kids because she runs & plays with our grandchildren.

Story
This precious boy is part of 6 that were brought in to BARC in Houston, TX a few weeks ago. We are not sure what happened to the mother or father of the handsome boys, but we do have 4 of the 6. They are skidish but we are working with them on that and also working on leash training, still don't like them lol They are shy, but snuggle up after a few minutes of getting to know you, They are not fully house trained yet & are not neutered as we feel they are to young. They are up to date on their shots & are looking for their forever homes.
