I came to the shelter with my best friend, Turvy, but he has been adopted already and I’m still waiting anxiously for my family to come along! I was good friends with Turvy, but I am not interested in having any other dog friends and need to be in a home without other dogs. I'm probably a mix of lots of different breeds, but one thing's for sure: you won't find another one like me! I'm happy, silly, and love to go adventuring. I came to the shelter with my sister, Yuna, and we get along great, but if we need to be separated to find our forever homes that's ok too (though I will say, we make quite the adorable pair!). I'm still working on my manners a bit but I'm ready to learn, and I can't wait to be part of a family. I have lots of training already and a vibrant, goofy personality that I’m just dying to share with a family! Age: Approx. 2 years Gender: Male Weight: 50 lbs Breed: Labrador Retriever Mix Favorites: Treats, doing zoomies in the play yard, playing with people Energy level: High Training: Knows command “sit,” working on “shake” Other important info about me: I came to the shelter when my owners left me behind in a hotel room. I was really sad when they never came back, and being the smart guy I am, I opened the hotel door right up and let myself out to go find them! Thankfully the hotel staff called Animal Services right away and a nice officer picked me up before anything bad happened to me. I love spending time around the staff and volunteers here but as you can imagine, being in the shelter kennel has been quite an adjustment for me and I would really love to find a new family to love me. I appear to do well with people of all ages and other dogs, but I haven’t been tested with cats at this time.
