Story
Meet Dario! This adorable Jack Russell has an extra dose of charm and making him impossible not to smile at. Coming from a previous difficult situation, he’s shown just how resilient and joyful he can be and is the most outgoing of the three Jack Russells we have. He greets the world with confidence and enthusiasm and is always ready for his next adventure. He’s super active, loves to play, and has a delightfully snarky personality that keeps life interesting. We think he may be mixed with another breed, which only adds to his unique look and lovable appeal. This happy, energetic boy is looking for a home that appreciates his big personality, playful spirit, and wonderfully round little silhouette.

Story
Meet Ranger! Ranger is a sweet and goofy 10-year-old shepherd mix who will steal your heart with his big smile and love for walks. He’s happiest when exploring the outdoors or spending time with his favorite humans. Ranger prefers to be the only dog in the home so he’s looking for a space where he can shine solo. He has no known history with cats, and we think he would do well with calm, older children who respect his space. This brave boy came to us with severe skin and ear infections, and he had lost much of his fur. Thanks to lots of care, his coat is growing back beautifully! Ranger is currently foster-to-adopt because he still needs medications and vet visits, but he’s making amazing progress and deserves a loving forever home. If you’re ready to give a resilient, affectionate pup the second chance he deserves, Ranger is waiting for you!

Story
Chief is a happy, sweet, people‑loving boy who thinks every human is his new best friend. He brings joy everywhere he goes; sometimes a little chaos too! He’s a strong, enthusiastic guy with a big heart and an even bigger zest for life. Chief is what we lovingly call a “bulldozer.” He doesn’t always understand his size or strength, so he would do best in a home without small children, but he’d be an amazing match for active teens who want a playful companion to train, run, and grow with. Chief pulls on the leash and can be a bit mouthy when excited. With consistency, structure, and someone who enjoys training, he’ll shine. He can be dog selective. Despite that, he has lived successfully with female dogs and small dogs and could do so again with proper introductions. Like many pitties, Chief has a natural prey drive, so he will need a home without cats or small pets. Chief has allergies, very common in pitties, so he’ll need to stay on a prescription diet to keep him comfortable and healthy. His new family should be prepared to maintain his diet and support any allergy‑related care. If you’re looking for a fun, affectionate companion who is ready to learn and eager to love, Chief might just be your perfect match.

Story
Meet Lilly! Lilly is a beautiful 1‑year‑old black Shepherd with a small splash of white on her chest and a heart full of potential. She’s currently a bit insecure, but with structure, consistency, and someone who understands Shepherds, Lilly truly blossoms into an incredibly loyal and devoted companion. Lilly is highly toy‑motivated (even more than food!) and is happiest chasing toys or learning new games. She’s smart, eager, and quick to pick up anything you’re willing to teach her—making training a fun and rewarding experience for both of you. She would likely do well with another dog, but is not a good candidate for a home with another female dog. Proper introductions and continued guidance will be key to her success. Because she’s still young and impulsive, Lilly would do best with adults who know the breed and cats who can respect her impulses. With clear correction and gentle guidance, she learns quickly and wants to do the right thing. Lilly is looking for a patient, confident home that can offer leadership, play, and understanding. In return, she’ll grow into an amazing, loyal partner who’s always ready for her next game—and your heart.

Story
Meet Ygritte! Ygritte came to us with a few other Jack Russell Terriers and she’s blossoming into the happy, spirited girl she was meant to be. Ygritte is full of energy and joy, and she loves to run, play, and make the most of every moment. Whether she’s zooming around the yard or chasing after a toy, her enthusiasm is contagious. Like many small dogs, she has a sassy little side that gives her plenty of personality and makes her especially endearing. Ygritte would do best in a home with older children and could get along with another small dog. She gets nervous with larger dogs. Ygritte is ready to leave her past behind and start a new chapter with a loving family who will appreciate her playful nature and big heart. She’s a wonderful mix of spunk and sweetness and can’t wait to find a home of her own.
