Story
Duke is a 2-year-old brown and white Pitbull with a heart as big as his goofy personality. He’s incredibly sweet and loves to make people smile with his playful antics. Duke would thrive in a home with another dog who can match his energy level—after a confident, proper introduction. He hasn’t been around cats, so we’re unsure how he’d do with them. Duke is still learning his manners when it comes to toys and treats, so he’ll need a home with dog-savvy teens or adults who can help guide him. He can be nervous around men, so patience and gentle reassurance will go a long way in helping him feel secure. Duke also has allergies and will need to stay on a specialized diet to keep him comfortable and healthy. If you’re looking for a fun-loving companion who will keep you laughing and fill your days with joy, Duke might be the perfect match!

Story
Ranger is a sweet and goofy 10-year-old shepherd mix who will steal your heart with his big smile and love for walks. He’s happiest when exploring the outdoors or spending time with his favorite humans. Ranger prefers to be the only dog in the home so he’s looking for a space where he can shine solo. He has no known history with cats, and we think he would do well with calm, older children who respect his space. This brave boy came to us with severe skin and ear infections, and he had lost much of his fur. Thanks to lots of care, his coat is growing back beautifully! Ranger is currently foster-to-adopt because he still needs medications and vet visits, but he’s making amazing progress and deserves a loving forever home. If you’re ready to give a resilient, affectionate pup the second chance he deserves, Ranger is waiting for you!

Story
Rosco is a 3-year-old Pit Bull/Husky mix with intense blue eyes and a drive that would make him perfect for a home where he has a “job” or structured activities. He came to us after his owner could no longer care for him and has had a rough start—Rosco was attacked by another dog, so he may have some triggers, but with structure and patience, he has the potential to thrive. This strong, handsome boy has led his own life for a while, but now he’s ready to be someone’s best friend. Rosco needs a home that can provide routine, guidance, and unconditional love. He may be too much for small children, but dog-savvy older kids should be fine. We don’t have any history with cats. If you’re looking for a loyal, intelligent companion who will reward your care with endless devotion, Rosco is waiting for you!

Story
Maxi is an 8‑month‑old pit mix with a heart as soft as her cuddles. This super‑sweet baby loves to play, loves pets, and absolutely adores being close to her people. Despite being young and wiggly, Maxi is incredibly gentle. We were even able to lay her on her back to clip her nails—she just relaxed and happily licked our faces the whole time! She’s a total lovebug who melts for affection. At her age, Maxi is still very much a puppy and is young enough to adapt well to a variety of homes, especially with proper introductions and continued positive socialization. She’s eager to learn, eager to please, and ready to bond deeply with her forever family. If you’re looking for a sweet, snuggly, playful companion, come meet Maxi—you’re sure to fall in love!

Story
Chief is a happy, sweet, people‑loving boy who thinks every human is his new best friend. He brings joy everywhere he goes—and sometimes a little chaos too! He’s a strong, enthusiastic guy with a big heart and an even bigger zest for life. Chief is what we lovingly call a “bulldozer.” He doesn’t always understand his size or strength, so he would do best in a home without small children, but he’d be an amazing match for active teens who want a playful companion to train, run, and grow with. Chief pulls on the leash and can be a bit mouthy when excited, but don’t let that fool you—this boy is very intelligent. He learns fast and truly wants to please. With consistency, structure, and someone who enjoys training, he’ll shine. He can be dog selective. Despite that, he has lived successfully with female dogs and small dogs and could do so again with proper introductions. Like many pitties, Chief has a natural prey drive, so he will need a home without cats or small pets. Chief has allergies—very common in pitties—so he’ll need to stay on a prescription diet to keep him comfortable and healthy. His new family should be prepared to maintain his diet and support any allergy‑related care. If you’re looking for a fun, affectionate companion who is ready to learn and eager to love, Chief might just be your perfect match.

Story
Lilly is a stunning 10-month-old German Shepherd with a big personality and an even bigger need for the right home. At this age, she’s at a challenging stage and desperately needs consistent training and structure to help her thrive. Lilly can be distrusting of strangers, but once she knows you, she’s incredibly sweet and loves to engage. She does okay with other dogs but can be reactive, so slow, careful introductions are a must. She may do fine with dog-savvy cats, but no children for this girl. Lilly must go to an experienced shepherd home—someone who understands the breed and is committed to giving her the guidance and confidence she needs. With the right person, Lilly will blossom into an amazing companion.
