Spayed FemaleAge: 3 YearsGrayDomestic Short HairA442434 More about Astrid: I am with Lilly, and we are known here as The Twins, although it is believed that we are mother and daughter. We LOVE each other very much, are always found playing or cuddling together, and we want to spend our lives together as a bonded pair. We are both playful and silly! We will need a slow introduction to our new home, litter box, and any existing pets while we settle in and become comfortable in our new surroundings. Due to the history of asthma for Lilly, we should not be exposed to a home where there is smoking, strong chemicals, or any irritants she could breathe in that could trigger an asthma flare-up. She is no longer symptomatic for asthma here at the shelter. Medical records will be available to potential adopters. I have a history of conjunctivitis, and Lilly has had eyelid surgery as well as a hernia. Our adopter should have a good relationship with a primary care vet, and establish care post-adoption should we require follow-up for any of these conditions. The shelter is open Tuesday through Sunday from noon - 4:30pm, with no appointment needed to meet available cats. Compatibility:Cats: Possibly - no history with other catsDogs: Possibly - saw a dog in the shelter and were curious, but became swatty when the dog became too much. A cat-savvy, mellow dog would be recommended.Kids: Yes

Story
Meet Mr. Oreo.  This very handsome man is 3 years old and a medium size cat.  He is good with other cats and likes people.  He is just a bit shy of new people when he first meets them.  He will let you pet him but not always.  He needs a patient mom and/or dad to help him over come this.  He was found as a stray dumped in the country in middle Tennessee.  He still needs to learn that he can trust humans again.  Miss Judith came to his rescue and Critter Cavalry stepped in to get him all the vet care he needed and to find him the purrfect forever home.  Will that be with you?  To help Oreo please contact Vivienne at viviennejames@comcast.net.  APPROVED APPLICATION AND ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED.July 26, 2024, 2:09 pm

Story
Sweet Benny was born on a farm with lots of other cats that were not spayed or neutered. Luckily when they brought him to us he was very sweet and friendly and not skittish or scared. He had a minor eye injury that we treated and it healed very nicely. He has been neutered, is FIV/FeLV negative, litter box trained and fully vaccinated. We believe him to be part Russian Blue, his long coat is very luxurious! Benny is barely a year old and is ready for immediate transport OUR CATS AND KITTENS MUST NEVER BE DECLAWED OR ALLOWED TO GO OUTDOORS, EVER! PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE LOCATED IN TENNESSEE AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MEET OUR PETS PRIOR TO ADOPTION! ADOPTION FEE $250

Story
Hi my name is Darling Denna and I am about 7 years old and I have found myself looking for a new family because my owner is moving and she cannot take any of her cats. She's looking for a singular cat home with no other cats around but me. I can exist around dogs but I truly do not want other cats in my litter box or eating the same food that I eat or having to listen to them purrrr. I am diva enough and particular enough to want to own the entire house as my Cat Queen Kingdom.  I am a beautiful long hair black and white girl that is as beautiful to look at, as I am to love. I do like to be with you and I  like being loved on, but I will let you know when it is enough and I'm ready to have my 'alone' time. I really am royalty that I would love to come and hold court in your heart and home.  Please contact ccrnewengland@gmail.com to find out all about me.  Our vetting is extensive: Spay, rabies, FIV vaccine, FIV tested and negative, fecal and dewormings and a Drontal  and microchipped. PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.July 26, 2024, 2:09 pm

Story
This long haired beauty was a striking kitten from day one, and just gets prettier and prettier every day!  Lexus has the most adorable orange stripes on her back legs, paired with fluffy white tuffs behind her ears.  This little fluff-ball and her siblings have been loved and cared for by their mama kitty and foster mom since birth.  Just tons of love and joy, bouncing around the room, from cat tower to tunnel, from ottoman to windowsill!  Great fun for all!  Lexus loves to explore and her curiosity seems never ending.  She enjoys playing alone, and/or chasing her sister around the room.  Wanded toys don’t last long with her!  She loves to chew the string so she can proudly trot off with the toy fish, and PLOP!  Time for a swim, little fishy!  She is very mystified by water.  After she dips her paws in the water bowl, it is time to recharge.  Top of the cat tower, please!  The view of the birds out the window is her spot.  In general, Lexus presents a calm, gentle demeanor and is destined to become a lap cat.  Is your lap ready for this beautiful girl?  Somebody is going to be very lucky to get Lexus!  Act fast!  ccrnewengland@gmail.com Our vetting is extensive: Spay, rabies, FIV vaccine, FIV tested and negative, fecal and dewormings and a Drontal  and microchipped. Story
We are Speedy and Dolores - a gentle 9 year pair that have lead a quiet life. We are both lap cats, loveable, playful and good company. I am the shyer of our duo and will need a little more time to warm up. Once I do, I love to be pet. We both have thick long coats that need some extra management. The doctor noted a heart murmur at my exam but it doesn't slow me down We'd be best in a quiet pet and child free home.
