Pepper is around 4 years old. She is very friendly and playful. She loves to be pet and is great with other cats. We are sad to be rehoming Pepper but we recently became new parents and Pepper has been exhibiting signs of stress ever since we brought baby home and we aren’t unable to give her the same amount of attention and care. We would love someone with experience with cats previously to take her and love her like she deserves.

Here’s what her foster volunteer says about her: How would you describe the cat's general personality? Stevie is an incredibly soft, gentle cat with a very sweet and shy personality. She is quiet and calm by nature and prefers a peaceful environment. While she may take time to feel comfortable, once she settles in she is affectionate and enjoys being near her person. Does the cat enjoy being pet? Yes, Stevie really enjoys being pet and finds it very comforting. If yes, on what parts of its body does the cat like to be pet? She especially likes being pet on her head and along her back. Gentle, slow pets are her favorite. Are there any parts of its body that the cat does NOT like being touched? She does not like her belly being brushed or touched and can become uncomfortable if that area is handled. Does the cat come on your lap? No, Stevie does not sit on laps. She prefers to stay close without being directly on top of people. Does the cat like to be held? No, she does not enjoy being held and feels safest when all four paws are on the ground. Does the cat sleep in your bed? No, she does not sleep in the bed and prefers to sleep in her own comfortable, quiet spaces. Does the cat seek your attention? What are the cat's challenges and how have you found to best manage them? Stevie’s biggest challenge is her fear of new people and loud noises, so she needs a quiet, calm home. She also has long fur that is prone to matting and does not like being brushed. Stevie requires a dedicated and loving home to manage her ongoing health needs. She is currently stable, but her condition does require consistent daily care and regular monitoring. I recently adopted this sweet 1-year-old female cat, but unfortunately my home is not the right environment for her. She has not been comfortable living with my two resident cats, so I am looking for a loving ONLY-PET home where she can feel safe and have her own space. She is playful, curious, independent, and has lots of personality. She loves toys and exploring. She prefers to decide when she wants to be touched, so she would do best with someone patient who will give her time to build trust and adjust. She is indoor-only, litter trained, and rabies vaccinated. She has had conflicts with my resident cats, including physical fights, so she must go to a home with NO cats, dogs, or other pets. We call her Shoe, like the old woman who lived in one and had too many kids, because apparently she was allowed to breed indiscriminately for 10 years (at least) and was living on an open porch before I took her and 4 kits in. She is spayed now, of course, but she's partially deaf from horrifying ear infections that I cleaned up and have since resolved. She's much calmer after having been spayed and is looking for a quiet home where she can relax and find love. She really does want to be friendly, and she sleeps on a corner of my bed when my other cat is not around.

I`m Holly, a friendly, social, confident girl kitty. I am a great companion. I like to be petted and sit in laps, and then sometimes I like to hang out in my own space. I`m fairly easy going, fairly relaxed. I`m curious and clever. I love to explore. I am playful. I`m hoping to sleep next to you. And I love other cats! Health note: I am FIV+ but that shouldn`t be a worry. I am very healthy; with consistent vet care I can live a healthy long life. Also, it is fine to mix me with other cats, regardless of FIV status - there is no known evidence of FIV transmission between house cats.
