Every question must be answered, and it must be signed.-Applicants must be 21+ years old and live within a 50-mile radius of our shelter at 22415 Groesbeck Hwy, Warren 48089.-You must identify at least 1 animal that you are interested in.Once your application is received, it will be assigned to one of our volunteer Adoption Counselors who will follow-up with the applicant who is the best fit within a few days, or to discuss other options. It could take up to a couple of weeks for you to receive a final disposition on your application so there is no need to check on the status.-Introductions will be scheduled by appointment only, 30 minutes per appointment. The entire household, including current dogs, must be present for the appointment. (Note: Please do not bring your dogs if you are meeting cats!). Little Ellie is a chatty, outgoing social butterfly. Ellie is active and playful. She loves cuddling. Ellie has been vaccinated for Rabies and FVRCP. She will require an FVRCP booster which will be covered by the rescue at our provider. She has been microchipped, received a deworming meds and flea treatment. Ellie is very eager to be a loving pet. She loves the company of other cats and cat friendly dogs. 9 months old young cat looking for a forever loving home. Friendly and good with children.

Rozy is a 7 year o old typically very, very loving and highly intelligent cat. She can be a bit anxious and also almost obsessive (likes things to be the same as yesterday and day before that and going forward). She is very cuddly, very lovable, with others (almost demanding to be). We love her, but she is very sensitive. She does not love children, especially smaller children, and also can be mean to others who enter the home (hiss at them, has bitten others who enter home). Because we have had some changes to the family unit of late, and because I have my grandchildren come over (and have to keep her away from the kids), I am seeking a new home for her. It will be very hard to let her go, but I think in her and our best interests to do so. In the right home and with right person - I think she will be very happy and make others happy to.
