Maverick was one of our 14 puppies born on 3/28/22, he is 2 years old. My dog is his father and his mother is our neighbors dog. We kept one of his siblings. We found homes for the rest of the litter. Mavericks owners were unfortunately forced to return him to us due to a job loss and home relocation. He was raised on a farm in Texas, where they had other farm animals, dogs and kids. He is so gentle, sweet great with people, kids, dogs and other animals. Because he was primarily outdoors he wasn’t properly house trained but we are working on that now. He is extremely smart and knows a handful of tricks. He is loyal and when walking with him in an unfenced yard he will stay by your side and listens very well. We want to find Maverick a good forever home he is very loving and deserves a home that will love him forever. His parents are both onsite along with siblings for you to meet. He is medium sized, doesn’t bark a lot and an all around a great companion. Adoption fee negotiable.

Zoey has been a great addition, but we didnt think it through very well. We have a 3 month old and Zoey needs a lot of attention but we work full time and dont have time to take her anywhere. We are very sad to let her go, but she needs a loving home that can give her the attention she deserves.

Moose is just a big, sweet hunk of love. This sweet boy is goofy and loves to play. He loves him s squeaky toys and likes to throw them in the air. He loves people and is great with other dogs. Moose is really excelling with his doggie manners. He knows sit, walks on a leash, rides good on the car, is crate trained and mostly house broke. He was rescued along with his mom and siblings from a high kill shelter in Southern California.

Fozzy is a shepherd mix who is about 2 years old and weighs in at 69.1 lbs. He is a sensitive fella who will appreciate patience from his new guardian(s) while he gets comfortable in his new home with new people. Your patience will be rewarded with a playful fella who loves his toys and snuggling up to his stuffed animals. Fozzy really loves being outside, so bonus points for having a fenced yard with a deck or patio with an outdoor dog bed for him to lay on while enjoying the scenery. Fozzy walks really nicely on his leash and enjoys his walking adventures. He is a bit too interested in cats though, so a home without them would be best. Fozzy has become much more confident in his time at POOCH and will be looking to continue that in his forever home. Fozzy is neutered, microchipped, and is up to date on his vaccinations. Kids 16+, no cats. Likes: Being outside. Hanging out with people. Sniffy walks. Dislikes: Cats.

Zemmi is a beautiful 7yr old mix. She's a huge lover. Tolerant of baths, nail trims, teeth brushing, taking medication, hugs/contact from small children, cats, fireworks. Big cuddle buddy, she loves to sleep on the bed with you. Zemmi loves the beach, hiking trails, and the dog park. She hates being in large bodies of water though. Adventures are fun but loafing on the couch is her most favorite place to be. She has been trained well but she does sensitivities... she is highly stressed with wood/tile/linoleum floors - carpet and rugs are best, has anxiety in cars, and does not care for yelling or crying - will go to her bed. Commands she knows: sit, down, stand, lay, paw, mat, out, easy, let's go, come, stay, back, home. She does have a thyroid disease where she's required to take daily meds. Her diet is Merrick Limited Ingredient Real Lamb & Sweet Potato. 1/2cup 2x a day. Her favorite treats are cheese, blueberries, banana, and broccoli. She loves to be chased and tug of war but has never played catch. Belly rubs are her favorite thing. She's not a big kisser but will sniff your hair and ears while nuzzling into your neck.
