currently 4yrs old. We’ve had Roxy since she was a puppy. We’re hoping someone can adopt her as we will be moving to a smaller home. Roxy spends most of her time relaxing or running outside. When she’s inside, she prefers to be cuddled or near you (or else she rather be outside). She gets along with dogs but may bark a lot initially. Sometimes she likes to howl/sing (like when we play the flute near her). She is very intelligent, protective, gentle and kind with family/kids/cats. Roxy has never been aggressive with any of us, so we know she’d be very accepting of a loving family.

Zemmi is a beautiful 7yr old mix. She's a huge lover. Tolerant of baths, nail trims, teeth brushing, taking medication, hugs/contact from small children, cats, fireworks. Big cuddle buddy, she loves to sleep on the bed with you. Zemmi loves the beach, hiking trails, and the dog park. She hates being in large bodies of water though. Adventures are fun but loafing on the couch is her most favorite place to be. She has been trained well but she does sensitivities... she is highly stressed with wood/tile/linoleum floors - carpet and rugs are best, has anxiety in cars, and does not care for yelling or crying - will go to her bed. Commands she knows: sit, down, stand, lay, paw, mat, out, easy, let's go, come, stay, back, home. She does have a thyroid disease where she's required to take daily meds. Her diet is Merrick Limited Ingredient Real Lamb & Sweet Potato. 1/2cup 2x a day. Her favorite treats are cheese, blueberries, banana, and broccoli. She loves to be chased and tug of war but has never played catch. Belly rubs are her favorite thing. She's not a big kisser but will sniff your hair and ears while nuzzling into your neck. Apply at www.streetsavvydogrescue.org. URGENT SITUATION! Star, a dog adopted from Street Savvy Dog Rescue at least 6 yrs ago has turned up AGAIN Roaming the streets last seen with a homeless person. Back in July, we were having trouble getting hold of her owner and finally made the connection and returned her to him. Now we are experiencing a repeat of not being able to get an answer back from him despite repeated calls and texts. Sniff Daycare @sniffdoghotel kindly took her in overnight last night but we had to get her into our foster program and she is not doing well with other dogs in a not very large home with too little enough space to keep her separated properly from the resident three dogs and two cats!
