Story
Remy is 2 years old and is pure love in dog form. He absolutely lives for playtime and has the happiest, most playful spirit. Whether its playing with toys, running around outside, or relaxing on the couch after a fun day, Remy is a sweet dog. Outside, his favorite things are playing ball, carrying sticks, and chasing around with the other dogs. Inside, he transforms into the ultimate cuddle bug. Remy will happily soak up every cuddle, snuggle, and bit of affection you're willing to give. He adores human interaction and thrives on pets, attention, and being close to his people. On walks when he he sees other dogs, he can become a bit reactive (barks and pulls) Remy does best with dogs he knows and is familiar with, and once hes comfortable, he loves playing and spending time with them outside. He is very food and treat motivated, which makes him eager to please and a joy to work with. Admittedly, with a 6 month old, we are not able to give Remy the time and energy he needs right now.

Story
Hi, I’m Fern! Honestly, I answer mostly to squeaky toys and snack bags right now. I’m a 14-week-old puppy, probably a Boxer/Shepherd mix (your guess is as good as ours), and I’m in full bloom — the wiggly, bouncy, endlessly curious kind. Like any good plant, I thrive on love, attention, and a little structure to help me grow strong. I’m playful, sweet, and very into my people. I’ll follow you around the house like a sunflower chasing sunlight and melt into your arms when it’s time to rest. I don’t know much yet — I’m still figuring out this whole “being a dog” thing — but I’m eager to learn and always down for a challenge (especially if treats are involved). I’ll need plenty of training, consistency, and patience as I grow. Right now, I’m basically a tiny tornado of paws and promise. But with the right care? I’ll grow into something really special. So if you're ready to raise a puppy, get your hands a little dirty, and help something wild and wonderful take root — I just might be your girl. Let’s grow together. I weigh 15 pounds and my adoption fee is $300, it includes registration of my microchip, a sample of my food, new leash/collar and toy & treat packet. I am spayed and vaccinated.

Story
This is Doc! Doc is a very energetic German Shepard. He is just over a year old. Me and my wife have had Doc since he was about 4 months old. Doc is house trained, has had obedience training, and crate trained. We have spent quite a lot of money and time attempting to live in harmony with Doc. Our life style with a new born baby has been difficult to navigate with him. He has never been aggressive towards us and has never bit anyone. However, Doc lacks confidence which has made socializing almost impossible. Doc is very loving towards us and it breaks our hearts to be attempting to rehome him. But I know he could be a good dog/best friend to someone who has time and love for him. The bad is this, due to Doc being unconfident we have had difficulty finding friends or family that can watch him without us being there. He has growled and nipped at babysitters he is uncomfortable with. If you have the time and love for him, please contact me at (xxx) xxx-xxxx . Feel free to text or call.

We really do not want to waste anyone's time if you are not serious about adopting this dog. Meet Tommy – The Gentle Giant with the Million-Dollar Smile Tommy is a 3-year-old, 75-pound German Shepherd mix with a heart as big as his grin. He was rescued from an overcrowded Houston shelter and came to us extremely shy, fearful, and unsure of the world- likely the result of a very troubled past. For months, he needed very patient, gentle fosters to help him feel safe. Because he was given that time, love, and consistency, Tommy has blossomed into the sweetest, calmest, most loyal companion. But it’s important for future adopters to know: Tommy absolutely requires a slow warm-up. He needs people who understand that trust for him is built quietly, steadily, and on his timeline. Once he lets you in, though… it’s magic. In his foster home, Tommy quickly found comfort in his kennel, learned to use the doggy door, and chose an elevated bed as his favorite spot. He’s a slow-paced, easygoing guy who loves lounging on the porch, stretching in the sunshine, and - his signature move - lifting his face to sniff the breeze with a big, content smile. Tommy will likely thrive best in a home with another confident, friendly dog. He adores following another dog’s lead, which helps him feel braver and more secure during new experiences. As his foster family, we LOVE Tommy deeply. We are committed to being an ongoing resource for his success. If, for any reason, the adoption isn’t the right fit, please reach out - we will gladly take Tommy back and continue fostering him to ensure he finds the most perfect home. If you’re looking for a calm, gentle soul who will be your quiet shadow, your breeze-sniffing porch buddy, and your loyal friend once he trusts you, Tommy may be the perfect match you’ve been waiting for. ***Listed BREED and AGE - We are taking our best guess & recommendations from our veterinarian on age, breed and size when fully grown. We rarely know a dog's exact age nor are we able to tell the true or full breed mix of dogs as our information is limited most of the time. *** Interested in applying to adopt him?
