Beautiful 2.5yo GSD looking for their new home! We adopted this sweet girl about 2 months ago and our 11 month old is allergic and she needs training to be around other dogs! Juniper Cookie is fun loving and all she wants to do is play! She does not understand her own size and weight so greets by jumping and nipping but with a few minutes of patience she is on the ground ready for belly rubs! She did not grow up around other animals and is extremely reactive to all other animals. She appears overly excited/happy when seeing other dogs but does not seem to understand how to interact with them. Though I have only ever seen her show aggression with 1 dog in particular (who was aggressive towards her). Juniper Cookie is amazing with our 11mo and so gentle! Though when excited is unaware of her body in space and might bump him down occasionally. She loves walks, the beach, chasing flies, and playing in the backyard!

Cocoa is a King Shepherd. He's incredibly smart and a fast learner. He has a lazy eye that has been cleared by the vet and doesn't seem to hinder his vision or cause him any discomfort. He is fully potty/crate trained, knows basic commands such as sit, lay down, stay, come, back off, go to bed, and is great on a leash. While he hasn't had a lot of direct experience with other dogs, I believe he would do great with a dog similar in size. Cocoa will do best in a home with an owner who is experienced with high energy/intelligent breeds that can continue his training. COCOA IS GOING TO BE A LARGE DOG! His parents are 125-150lbs and he is currently ~50-60lbs at 5mos. Please only apply if you know you can commit to the time and care of a high energy, XL breed dog. Apply at www.streetsavvydogrescue.org. URGENT SITUATION! Star, a dog adopted from Street Savvy Dog Rescue at least 6 yrs ago has turned up AGAIN Roaming the streets last seen with a homeless person. Back in July, we were having trouble getting hold of her owner and finally made the connection and returned her to him. Now we are experiencing a repeat of not being able to get an answer back from him despite repeated calls and texts. Sniff Daycare @sniffdoghotel kindly took her in overnight last night but we had to get her into our foster program and she is not doing well with other dogs in a not very large home with too little enough space to keep her separated properly from the resident three dogs and two cats!
