Ms. Chloe is a handsome, 10 month old German Shepherd mix, weighing in at about 46 lbs.  She's a delightful girl who wants to please her people, is quick to learn routines, and who bonds closely with those who show her affection! Beau is a beautiful 64 lb, 3-year old German Shepherd mix. He loves walks, fetch, zoomies in the backyard, car rides, doggie daycare, humans, and other dogs. No cats!!! Beau is house-trained, crate-trained, and leash-trained, although he still pulls a little on the leash and will need help with that. Beau was rescued from being an outside dog 24/7, regardless of the weather. His previous owners also declined heartworm preventative for Beau and he has tested positive as a result. We are paying for Beau’s heartworm treatment and are committed to fostering him until his forever home is found. Please know that if Beau were not cat-aggressive, we would be his forever home. He is an incredibly good boy! Sadly his behavior with our cats is not okay, and our attempts to train him otherwise have failed. We know there is a great (cat-free) home out there for Beau. Perhaps it’s yours!! Luna is a 3.5 year-old white shepherd mix. She is about 50 pounds, micro-chipped, spayed, and up to date on all her vaccines and heartworm/flea protection. She is house trained and loves to play with other dogs and explore outside. She is good with adults. She has her own dog bed that she sleeps and rests on. She stays open in home alone, free to roam. She has severe barrier frustration so she should not be put in a crate or kennel.Overall, Luna is a super sweet, fun and explorative dog. She would do well in cool climates. She loves the snow (which we discovered when we had the freeze storms in 2021 and 2022.) Luna does well with strangers outside of her home meeting on neutral ground, but she is not fond of guests coming into her home so would do best in a home that doesn't have a lot of guests coming and going. Meet Ellalyn!This precious girl came to Apollo with 7 siblings as an accidental litter the owner could not care for. She loves to play with toys, run around with his siblings and play with puppy pool or any water really. She is also very affectionate and loves to give kisses and cuddle or be held. She is good with other dogs. She also is a fast learner and very smart. She is going to be a big girl, so she would love to have a yard to run around in. Ellalyn is looking for a family who understands she is still young and will need support during her training. We are working on trust and leash training.
