Say hello to DINO! This bundle of joy came into the rescue and stole everyone’s heart immediately. His kind endearing eyes will make your heart melt. Dino was a puppy that was found by a wonderful person at the person’s place of employment. He fed Dino daily and allowed him to sleep in his car on his lunch breaks. Dino remained loyal and stayed around the place of work until they reached out for help from the rescue. To this day he loves cars and feels very safe from the outside cruel world inside of one. Dino has now been placed in a loving foster home and is learning to play wonderful with the foster’s big dogs and puppies that are fostering with him half his size. Dino is doing great in a crate and potty training. This guy catches on really quick. He is so appreciative of having a safe environment to thrive. He will lay on you or keep his head in your lap forever if you will allow. Personality: Dino is goofy, energetic, and playful! He does well with correction. Dino would be great in a home with another dog to keep showing the ropes of puppy life. He is soooooo ready to be your new best friend and would love a home where he can grow to be a wonderful life long family companion. Once adopted Dino will travel via the Rescue Transport to his new family. The adoption fee through Bichon and Little Buddies Rescue is $495 for most adults and up to $650 for puppies which includes Wi State Sales Tax. Included in this fee is your new companion who will be spayed/neutered, have a current Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (as required by state law), current on age appropriate vaccinations, heartworm tested (if old enough) and started on preventative, microchipped, and given a general wormer. Other medical needs will also have been taken care of, such as dentals and treating ear infections. To assist you and your new pet in adjusting to life together, you may chose to take an 8 week age appropriate obedience training course at For Pet's Sake Dog Training in Mukwonago, WI for $100 (up to $260 value). You may opt to take Puppy Kindergarten, Adult Beginners, or Small Dogs Big Hearts. You must register for the class within 90 days of adoption for the reduced fee. ARRIVING IN WISCONSIN FEBRUARY 6th! Cali is a beautiful 3-year-old shepherd mix with a gentle soul and a heart full of love. She originally belonged to an elderly man who sadly passed away, and through no fault of her own, Cali found herself without a home. She has spent much of the past year living in kennel care, patiently waiting for her second chance — and she’s more than ready to finally have a family again. Despite everything she’s been through, Cali is described as very sweet, friendly, and great with other dogs. She does well spending time around canine companions and enjoys human attention just as much. Cali is heartworm negative and has been kept on prevention. She’s affectionate, calm, and would thrive in a home where she can settle in, build trust, and enjoy the comforts she’s been missing. Cali has waited long enough — she’s ready to trade kennel life for couches, walks, and a family to call her own. She is potty trained in Texas, however her new family should be prepared to do additional training while she learns the routine at her new home in WI. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, dewormed and microchipped, and she comes with her medical records and interstate health certificate from a veterinary examination prior to leaving Texas, which certifies her to be in good condition. She will be arriving in Muskego, WI on Friday, February 6th, and will be available to meet, and take home if she is a good fit, by the first family to have placed an exclusive hold deposit as set out below. Her adoption fee is $500, which will be used to support the many animals in our care whose medical bills far surpass their much lower adoption fee. She is available for an exclusive hold with a deposit of $250, which we give on a first come, first served, basis. The balance of the adoption fee is due upon meeting/finalizing the adoption on Friday February 6th. If upon meeting, she is not a good fit for your family, the deposit is refundable. Stormy came to my home around 9 months of age. Previous owner was elderly and having health issues. She is almost 2 1/2 now. She is a sweet, loving, snuggly girl. Great with kids. Loves chewing bones. Energetic. She is a runner so would recommend a fenced in yard or tie-out run. She likes to chase any critter. Loves walks, but is a puller. She does better with a harness. I’m needing to rehome her because she has become very possesive over me and has been aggressive and bit our older dog. She has never had any issues with other dogs. She goes to dog parks and doggy daycare with no problems. At home I think she just wants to be the center of doggy attention. She is a lover girl and it breaks my heart to have to rehome her.
