Nimbus is a gentle & friendly Great Pyrenees that entered the shelter as a stray on 1/28/24, he arrived very skinny & underweight with infected ears and one of them bleeding. He arrived with the name Nimbus on his registered microchip, but sadly all the contact information is no longer up to date leaving the shelter with no way to locate his mom & dad of his whereabouts. Story

Chiya is a 3 year old, 85lb pyredoodle. Everyone is her best friend immediately, she's super friendly and loveable. Great with kids, cats, and other dogs. Very high energy would do best with an active family setting. She does have a double coat and you should plan about $150-200 every other month for grooming. Unfortunately we need to rehome her because our house/yard are just too small for her with a growing family and she deserves more love and attention than she gets. She has some quirks. Although we have a yard - and she was potty trained with a yard - she spent one year living in an apartment where she could only do her business on walks and now refuses the yard unless it's an emergency. She's also reactive on walks but this behavior has been improving. We recently found the prong collar works and instantly corrects this behavior so long as the coat is kept short enough to be effective. Aside from that's she's a wonderful dog and it breaks my heart to let her go.

Sadie is a 16 wk old Great Pyrenes/lab mix puppy. She is one puppy out of a large litter of puppies that is looking for a forever home. Her mom was abandoned when pregnant and rescued by a neighbor. Sadie aka Pinky and her sister, Summer, are being fostered in Orange County, CA. She has 2 sisters and 3 brothers also up for adoption that are currently in Yucaipa, CA area.

Blue is a 3 year old gentle giant Great Pyrenees with a heart of gold and a smile that lights up a room. This boy was saved from an overcrowded Bakersfield shelter and is loyal to the core. He loves to be with people and kids 13 years and older and will lay his head on your lap for as long as you let him. Blue loves to play with other dogs. He is the sweetest soul with the softest white coat and ocean blue eyes and is ready to be a part of your family. We hold an event every weekend at our facility on SATURDAY and SUNDAY 11-5pm and open to the public. It is first come first serve we do not evaluate applications prior to an event. If there are multiple interested parties in the same dog or puppy at the same time we would pick the best out of the 10 applications. Please visit our social media platforms for the specifics for each weekend as it changes from week to week.
