Story

I got Gorr as a gift from a friend when he was two months old. As a puppy, I crate and potty trained him with puppy pads. He was playful with my nieces. However, he was destructive with tools and dug holes. Gorr grew up with two older dogs. He would show mounting behaviors, but never got into fights with them. As of now, he is four years old. I do not see him being destructive of tools or digging holes. He does prefer to hold sticks in his mouth. My nieces prefer not to go near Gorr because of his size so I’m not sure how he would be around small children. As an adult he doesn’t use dog pads for peeing. He has been good with going to the bathroom in designated areas, but he does marking behavior on my other dog’s food. Within the last two months, my brother adopted a younger dog. Some days they fight, some days they are good. It is Gorr who initiates the fight. For a new home, I’d want him to go to an owner with experience owning bigger dogs. He is still playful, can be silly.

Her DNA test came back with 50% Great Pyrenees and 30% heeler/cattle dog with lots of other breeds mixed in to make up the remaining. Kamari is looking for an active family or individual who enjoys a dog who is active and ready to be up and at your side when you go about your chores around the house, who wants to go-go-go (a nice hike, rigorous neighborhood walk, or playing fetch at the park or in the yard) and then cuddle up for some relaxation back at home. Kamari is curious and friendly. She LOVES meeting new people and wishes everyone would play with her or give her attention. She is highly trainable (treat motivated but also really responsive to verbal praise and gesture/attention as praise. She knows sit and down. She is gentle with children. Story

Cayde is a gentle, affectionate boy with a big heart and an even bigger love for his sister, Kassidy. These two are a bonded pair, and Cayde truly shines when she’s by his side. If you’re looking to welcome not just one, but two perfectly matched companions into your home, these siblings are ready to fill it with love, laughter, and lots of cozy moments, though one can be adopted by themselves if that’s all you have space for. Cayde is the kind of dog who makes you feel special just by being near him. He melts under a good head scratch, closing his eyes and leaning in as if he’s been waiting his whole life for that exact moment. He may not be the rowdiest pup in the room, but he is deeply affectionate and forms strong connections with his people. While Cayde can be a bit selective about his canine companions, one thing’s clear: he absolutely adores cats. He coexists with them calmly and respectfully, making him a great fit for a home that may have a few feline friends.
