I have been taking care of her since and got her fixed and microchipped. I didn't want her to go to the shelter so i am keeping them until i find them new homes. She is an affectionate, friendly dog and loves being petted, walks, running around the yard. She is pals with Duke who will also be listed on this website. They get along very well. They both love eating peanut butter and chewing on rawhides. They love going to the dog park and running around off leash (as long as they are in an enclosed area. The are both very sweet dogs. All of our foster dogs are kept in individual homes.  Go to our website Bayareasiberian.org to get the foster home contact if you do not see it in the bio.Meet Aurora: A Sweet Survivor Ready for Love! Introducing Aurora, a beautiful blue-eyed Husky who has endured a tough past but is now ready to find her forever home. Aurora was rescued from a heartbreaking situation in Texas, where she was stuck in a small pen with two other huskies, deprived of food, water, and shade in the scorching heat. Despite the neglect she faced, Aurora’s spirit remains unbroken, and she is one of the sweetest and friendliest dogs you will ever meet. Aurora loves everyone she meets and has a special way of making you feel loved with her gentle nature. She enjoys being vocal, but her cute howls are more endearing than loud and repetitive. One of her favorite things to do is lean on you and give kisses, showing just how affectionate and grateful she is for any attention and love. On a leash, Aurora is pretty easygoing and prefers a leisurely pace over running. She’s not particularly into toys but finds joy in simple pleasures like walks and cuddles. When greeting new friends, she might jump a little out of excitement, but her enthusiasm is always sweet and never overwhelming. Aurora is looking for a loving home where she can be cherished and cared for. If you’re ready to open your heart to a dog who has so much love to give, Aurora is waiting to meet you. Story
Kya was born on October 12, 2020. We need to rehome her due to us relocating. Kya is the sweetest husky you’ll ever meet. She doesn’t bark, she doesn’t really need much exercise (she’ll often walk US back home when she’s done), and she is just very chill. All she needs is a window and something to lay on, and she’ll be sunbathing all day. She loves kisses, hugs (she’ll put her head in your chest), and getting her paws rubbed. She can tell if you’re sad before you even know it. She loves ice cubes, she loves sleeping on a pillow and being tucked into the blanket. She truly is the most non husky, husky you’ll ever meet. She is a small husky, only about 32 lbs. She is house trained and potty trained. We will miss Kya so much, but hope that she will be with a loving family.

Story
Meet Calypso, a beautiful Siberian Husky we rescued from the streets. Unfortunately, due to job loss and losing our housing, we can no longer foster her and are looking for someone to adopt her or take over fostering, since we will not be able to keep her past April. Vets believe she was homeless for months and she was found hiding in a pile of garbage in someone’s yard. After checking for a microchip and posting lost notices with no owner found, we registered and began fostering her. Calypso is spayed, fully vetted, and now at a healthy weight. She completed basic obedience training and knows sit, down, come, leave it, and wait. She loves other dogs, outdoor adventures, camping, and car rides. She walks well on leash and is exceptionally quiet for a husky. She hasn’t been introduced to cats or children yet. She is shy at first and feels safest in a crate but becomes very loving once comfortable. See @calypso.world on instagram for more pictures and videos.

Story
Meet Theia and Apollo, a bonded pair of purebred Siberian Huskies, 3.5 years old, raised together since six weeks old. Calm, loyal, and emotionally balanced in sync, crate-trained, house-trained, and know many commands: no, sit, stay, heal, cross, and more. They rarely bark—only when truly alerted—and are friendly with people, dogs, and even delivery drivers. Theia is alpha but gentle. Apollo is curious and playful. They enjoy walks, hikes, and quiet time at home. Their favorite games include hide-and-seek with treats, ball fetch and backyard play. Apollo often sits like a person on the porch, while Theia peeks through curtains to watch the world. They are healthy, well-mannered, and thrive in a home with a yard or cozy space. Ideal for families with older kids or couples who enjoy both adventure and calm. They must be adopted together. If you’re looking for peaceful, loving companions who bring joy and loyalty every day, Thea & Apollo are ready to meet you and bring love to your home.
