Story
It is with great sadness that we are looking to rehome our dog, Pierogi. Pierogi has developed anxiety over the years, and we are looking for a quieter home environment that fits her needs. Pierogi is a 4-year-old, husky mix. She is spayed and up to date on all her vaccinations. The only medication she takes is for heartworm/flea prevention. She is house broken and crate trained. Pierogi knows basic commands: sit, stay, down, wait, and leave it. I would describe Pierogi as medium to low energy. To accommodate her needs, Pierogi will need to be the only animal in the household and will require a fenced in backyard. Pierogi is the goofiest, snuggliest, and sweetest dog who deserves an environment where she can thrive. If you or you know of anyone who may be interested in adopting a silly and loving fur baby, please let me know!

About Gianna: Gender: Female Age: 2 Yrs Weight: 41 lbs Breed: Husky/German Shepherd (GSD) Spayed: Yes Vaccinated: Yes Microchipped: Yes Adoption Fee:  $250.00 (plus tax)   Dogs: Gianna loves to play with other dogs and we would love to place her in a home with another dog who is close to her size.    Cats: Gianna sees cats as squeaky toys, so she’s a no on cats.  does not do well with cats.   Kids: Gianna She has done great with older children (12+).  The quick movements of younger kids are a little overwhelming for her.    Crate Trained: Yes, she’s great about going in her crate when needs to be in it.    Housebroken: Yes, and she will go to the door to let you know she would like to go out.   Leash Manners: Gianna is easy to walk and she would LOVE to have a hiking partner.     Training: Gianna knows sit, down, come and crate reliably. She’s treat motivated and eager to learn.     Home Recommendation: Gianna would do best in an active home. Gianna has a typical German Shepherd temperament with regards to new people…a little cautious.   At home however she is sweet, spunky and full of energy.  She loves her people with her whole heart and is completely devoted to them.    She loves to play fetch, will be your constant companion and will love you like no other dog has!   Gianna is absolutely amazing and will make a wonderful addition to her forever home.    If you’re interested in meeting this amazing pup, please fill out an application at www.pawprintsnky.com. Her listing will be removed as soon as he has an approved application Most importantly, please be honest!  We have many people tell us what they think we want to read, not what's truthful.  If there are discrepancies, your application will be denied.  It's important for us to place dogs in a home that's suitable.  You may be a stellar owner but possibly not a good fit for the dog you were first interested in adopting.  We're not trying to offend anyone, we're trying to set everyone up for success.    We're a best fit rescue and will verify your vet and personal references.  April 1, 2024, 8:57 pm

Story
Buckwheat is always the happiest guy! He loves to be with his people all the time when he isn't playing with the other pups. He loves to run around playing with toys, but his favorite is a good bully stick. We are still working on not jumping up on people when we meet them but it will come with timex He hasn't met a person he doesn't love! When the weather is warmer he can also be found outside rolling around in the grass.  He still does it in the cold but it doesn't seem as fun! He is good with dogs and kids. Cats unknown.  April 13, 2024, 11:10 pm

Story
Top of the mornin' to ya! It's me Mullen, the most pleasant lad you'll ever meet! You don't hear about many Irish Siberian Huskies now do ya? But, here I am! With my ginger-red coat I am the talk of the town, however, I can only be adopted in my town because I am kind of an anxious kind of fellow. I love other dogs and must be adopted with another calm/confident dog please. My new owners need to be patient and great at building confidence in me, as I never was loved on as a pup so I am still nervous with new people and in new situations. However, I am very smart and learn quickly!! Some basic information about Mullen; he is male, Siberian Husky mix, and expected to be medium-sized (20-59lbs). Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX)

Hello there, I'm Ruben - no sandwich associations needed! While I may not be a tasty deli treat, I am quite the catch. Think of me as a unique blend, like a Husky with a twist! As a husky mix, I come with a beefy build, striking markings, and a personality that's as distinctive as the flavors in your favorite reuben sandwich. At heart, I'm a cool and energetic guy who's seen a lot in my young life. Now, I'm on a quest to find the perfect family to call my own. With an abundance of love and vitality, I'm a friendly fellow who gets along with just about everyone. I'm like the ideal side dish to complement your family's recipe for happiness. So, don't wait - place your order for a lifelong companion, and let's embark on this adventure together! Story
You remember the 80's, the car named Kit?? Had David Hasselhoff as his driver and sure had a lot of fun and adventures :) I kind of LOOK like David Hasselhoff (if I do say so myself) and I am SMARTER than the car, Kit!! Again, if I do say so myself :D So, speaking of cars.... i was run over by one (or maybe it was a truck :( I don't remember, all I know is I ended up in a bad way and at the pound. Both my back legs broken and my hip was dislocated as well. That is how the rescue found me, my beautiful David Hasselhoff eyes pled through the sad photo and the rescue chick said, "uh, yes, lets save sweet boy". And that is how my life BEGAN again! I have had my hip surgery, called an FHO, and that was on my GOOD LEG!!! But as God would smile His favor on me, my other leg started HEALING WELL while I recovered from the surgery! Therefore I did not have to have my other leg amputated!! As a pup, the ability of my body to heal is amazing! So, here I am! Ready for adoption! I do have a hitch in my giddyup, but really nothing compared to how I was after the accident. I am a SURVIVOR!! His foster mom states, " Kit is an amazing pup, smart and determined! He taught himself the doggy door in one day, is good with the kitties, great with all other dogs and all people. He will be missed in his foster home, he has the determination of a tough pup and the sweet love of a spoiled pup :) Whoever adopts him will have a great companion!" AdOPT the BROKEN pups, THEY WILL LOVE YOU EVEN MORE!!! Local adoption fee is $250 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $500 (includes transport to your area, $50 temporary fuel fee will be included)
