Story
Noir is 21 months old and one of the sweetest, most loving dogs you’ll ever meet. He’s had a tough start, through three homes and neglect from his previous owner, but he’s resilient, affectionate, and full of personality. I’ve had him for about 11 months, and I love him dearly, but caring for him fully is more than I can handle right now. He deserves someone who can give him the attention, patience, and structure he truly needs. He is playful, smart, and incredibly loyal. He’s a fast learner, knows multiple commands, and loves training and playtime. Super affectionate and gentle, curls up for cuddles, and will happily keep you company while you work & relax. He’s energetic but balanced, loves his walks (about 4 miles a day), and is ready for tugging, a belly rub, or some quality time. Noir is charming, fun, a little chaotic, and 100% a love nugget!

Story
Thea is a loving, smart dog. she is 2 years old . she has never been around kids aside my daughter who was 11 when Thea was born. Thea loves to cuddle my daughter and myself and loves the 1 dogs she has been around since birth which is her father dog. She is also house trained and loves to go out sides to run around. The reason that we are looking to re home her is because of her original owner moving and not being able to take Thea with him and my inability to continue to care for her properly. I am willing to meet with a family that is interested in taking her and loving her like we wish we could keep her and do. she has her own dog crate and food bowls.

Story
Vander is excited to find a loving home to flourish in! Vander is a 6 year old Agouti Husky with an loving personality that really shines when you get to know him. Vander loves walks and getting a good romp in outside, always preceded by frantic toe taps and little jumps. And for cozy afternoons, he easily curls up to relax nearby. He rarely barks beyond a small yip here and there and he thrives in a trusting home, with people and pets alongside him to keep him good company! He's been excellent with all other animals he's interacted with. He's very patient and disregards nips and hisses and makes fast friends with dogs and cats alike. He's similarly excellent with children! He grew up in a house filled with the chaos of young kids, babies, and other pets. Vander is a great dog and will fit in easily any loving home. We're looking to expedite his rehoming so please reach out today to see if you and your family are missing that one furry puzzle piece in your hearts!

Story
Coco is loving and energetic. She was a gift to my daughter from her uncle however my daughter cannot properly care for her and with my busy schedule I cannot help with Coco. It is not fair that coco has to stay locked up and not being able to go on walks and go outside. Coco needs a loving home. Someone who can care for her properly. I never went to get her shots and she is two years old

Story
Introducing Wheeler – the boy who steals hearts everywhere he goes! This 14 month-old, 45 -pound German Shepherd/Husky mix is as smart as he is handsome. Wheeler has already mastered sit and shake with both paws and became fully housebroken in just one week with his foster family. He’s crate trained, learning to walk well on a leash, and eager to soak up everything that’s taught to him.  This boy with the amazing smile and wonderful ears knows how to steal hearts.  Wheeler is a social butterfly who loves everyone—kids, adults, dogs, and even cats. In fact, he’s convinced the cats in his foster home need constant “baths,” which he happily provides with endless affection. He also enjoys curling up in a lap, whether it belongs to a person or another pup. Wheeler’s past wasn’t easy. He and his brother were abandoned, and he was found underweight and wondering what was going to happen next for him. He runs and plays like a kid and he loves to hang out with his foster mom while she works from home.  This boy needs a fenced yard to access easily at all hours of the day if he wants.  A work from home or stay at home mom would be best for this boy since he cannot be happy being crated for 9 hours daily Monday - Friday.  He is wonderful with cats and does well with dogs when playing with them.  He does want all the attention from the humans and has a touch of jealousy sometimes if another dog gets more pets.  He has an amazing resilient spirit and loves to be the center of attention from his family. What makes this particular boy so special isn’t just his good looks or intelligence—it’s his kind heart. He’s grateful for every bit of love and safety he’s found in rescue, and he’s ready to give that love right back to the family lucky enough to call him their own.  If Wheeler sounds like the perfect match for your family, please email ccrtennessee@gmail.com. This incredible boy is waiting to meet his forever people, and we know you’ll be smitten from the very first hello. &#226&#157&#164&#239&#184&#143 PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comMarch 11, 2026, 12:09 am

Story
Fen has spent far too many days watching the world from the end of a chain. When his owner moved away, this 6-year-old Lab/Husky mix was left behind on a lonely tie-out at an empty house, cared for only by kind neighbors who refused to let him be forgotten. They shared that Fen once lived indoors, but as his owner’s health declined, Fen’s life slowly shrank to neglect and isolation. Despite it all, Fen’s heart remains wide open.   This sweet boy is full of gentle enthusiasm and gratitude for every bit of attention. The moment he’s free to stretch his legs, Fen lights up — he loves to run, play, and feel the joy of simply being a dog again. He already knows how to sit, walks well on a leash, and shows just how smart and willing he is to listen and learn. Fen wants so badly to connect with people; he leans in for affection like he’s been saving up years of love to give.   Because he’s been forced to live outside for so long, he may need a little patience while relearning house manners and routine — but he’s had a home before, and he’s eager to understand again. Fen is currently underweight, a visible reminder of how he’s been failed, but also a hopeful sign of how much better his future can be with someone who truly cares.   Fen isn’t broken. He’s loving, loyal, and ready to bloom in the hands of a family who will never leave him behind again. All he needs now is a warm place to land, steady meals, and the promise that he’ll always belong.   PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comMarch 7, 2026, 12:24 pm
