Story
If you are interested in Ricky, please contact dogs@lostdogrescue.org. Meet Ricky, a 2-year-old Siberian Husky who runs on sunshine, curiosity, and pure joy. He’s stunningly handsome (yes, people stop to ask about him), confident, and incredibly friendly with dogs and people alike. Bikes, joggers, squirrels, loud trucks? No big deal—Ricky stays focused and ready for whatever adventure is next. This guy is perpetual motion in the best way. He walks at a brisk, purposeful pace; loves to run; and somehow also knows when it’s time to slow down. An active home is a must—bonus points if there’s a fenced yard or plenty of opportunities for running, ball throwing, or long hikes. Ricky is smart, treat-motivated, and eager. He’s working on basic commands, and with consistency (and toys for redirection), he will shine. He has a playful, goofy side that pops out unexpectedly—especially if a squeaky toy is involved. Fair warning: If he sees it, he will grab it! Tug toys and tennis balls are his jam and are great for channeling his energy. He’s also very dog-social and would love a playful dog sibling to romp around with. This handsome fellow is a friendly, high-energy, big-hearted husky with a fantastic disposition. He’s ready for an active family who wants a running partner, an adventure buddy, and a very handsome sidekick. If you’re looking for a dog who’s always up for one more mile, Ricky is your guy!

Story
To learn more about Jett, please get in touch with dogs@lostdogrescue.org. Meet Jett, the high-flying heartthrob with movie-star looks and energy to match! This young husky mix is truly one of a kind, rocking a striking brindle and white coat and one dazzling blue eye that’s sure to turn heads. Friendly, playful, and full of zest for life, Jett greets the world with wagging enthusiasm and a big “let’s go!” attitude. True to his husky roots, Jett loves an adventure and enjoys exploring on walks like he’s leading his own expedition—nose ready for a quick sniff stop and eyes peeled for new sights. He’s curious about the world around him and enjoys noticing everything from other dogs to birds and squirrels along the way. Jett shines when given clear guidance and positive reinforcement, and he’s incredibly treat-motivated, making him a fast and enthusiastic learner once he understands what’s being asked. Jett enjoys engaging with people and is an affectionate, friendly guy who happily pauses for pets and attention—sometimes even flopping down in a charming way that seems to say, “Hi, I’m your new best friend.” He loves playtime, toys, and showing off his “sit” skills for a reward, and he approaches his treats with almost Zen-like focus. With his bright mind, playful spirit, and eagerness to connect, Jett will thrive in a home that offers structure, encouragement, and continued training. If you’re looking for a handsome, smart companion who’s ready for adventures and fun, Jett is ready to zoom straight into your heart!

Lilyanne would love going for nice long walks, playing with other dogs, and learning how to be the goodest girl you've ever met. Lots of treats, a warm cozy bed, and belly rubs would go a long way to making this girl happy.  What My Foster Says About Me:  Lilyanne has been a treat to have in our home! She is surprisingly affectionate for a husky and loves to give kisses or rest her head in your lap for a nap. Lily plays very nicely with our resident dog and also enjoys throwing her toys in the air for herself! She is very smart and has learned commands in just a few days. Lilyanne seems to be great with other dogs and kids. She walks nicely on a leash and loves to go for walks with her people. She has just enough husky/shepherd personality to make you laugh, but she is ultimately a very good girl that anyone would be lucky to have!
