Story
We have never fostered an easier or sweeter dog. Olive has captured our hearts. She came to the shelter as a little puppy, having lost an eye. She lived there for the past 3 years and now has been living with us for the past three months. At first she was baffled at living in a house with humans. Quickly she came to love it. She loves getting pats on the head and kisses on the nose; she loves getting treats; she loves sleeping on a dog bed or at the end of our bed at night. She never jumps on us or overwhelms us climbing all over us. She is so smart that she trained herself to use our dog door and do her business outside in the yard. She is happy just being with us – sleeping nearby while we watch tv, work, or whatever. We just can’t say enough wonderful things about Olive. If you are looking for a dear companion, you might want to come and meet our dear Olive!

Story
*Woof* I`m in a foster home! Email my foster caregiver to meet me: caraballo07@gmail.comMeet Darling Dora, a gentle, affectionate girl who’s been thriving in her foster home after being one of the shelter’s longest-term residents. Dora has truly blossomed! Once a shy, cautious pup, she’s now a joyful, curious dog who loves exploring, playing fetch, and snuggling with her people. She had to learn how to fetch — at first, she’d chase the ball but wasn’t quite sure what to do next — but once it clicked, she fell in love with the game! Now fetch is one of her favorite ways to play and burn off energy. Dora is the ultimate snuggle bug — she gives the best welcome-home greetings, gentle hugs, and leans in close for extra love. She’s affectionate, expressive, and loves being part of the action, whether that’s lounging on the couch, following you around the house, or joining an outdoor adventure. She’s also wonderful with other dogs! Dora was co-housed at the shelter with a younger playmate and did great with chase-and-tumble games. In her foster home, she’s been excellent with an elderly resident dog, adjusting her play to be gentle and respectful — and she even enjoys cozy snuggles with her furry roommate.Dora is medium energy — the perfect balance of playful and calm. She loves her toys (there are stuffies everywhere in her favorite spots!) and would be thrilled to join her family on long walks or hikes. She’s also treat-motivated, intelligent, and eager to please, which makes her a quick learner and a joy to train. After playtime, she’s just as happy to curl up beside her people and relax. After all she’s been through, Dora is ready for her happily ever after — a loving family who’ll give her the stability, snuggles, and adventures she’s been waiting for.

*Woof* I`m in a foster home! Email my foster caregiver to meet me: alexcoplecounseling@gmail.comSweetie Petey is adorable! He has those sweet and oh so goofy ears and his silly tongue is always hanging out of his smiley face. Petey came to us from another shelter in hopes of being adopted soon. He`s a lovely young man and was so eager to be out of the shelter. He craves stability and kindness so he would love to be in a home where he can settle and feel safe. He recently spent time with a foster and they shared, `Petey has blossomed and brings so much joy to the house and is a natural comedian. He loves his toys. He`ll spend hours cuddling on the couch, loves a good sniffy walk, and self-entertains with his toys. He is really a sweetheart!`. Petey is a lover boy but would do best in a home without feline friends. Meet this wonderful dog soon!
