History: We recently welcomed an adorable litter of lab mix puppies from a rural overcrowded shelter. They are SO unique and sweet in their own individual ways. They are officially ready to start their journey in finding forever homes of their own soon! A Note from the Foster: Slate - shy, quiet, and needs to just take it all in from where he feels safe and most comfortable. Sweet and snuggly. Loves to play too, but needs to be familiar with his surroundings. They are very quickly picking up potty training and are able to hold it well and go potty outside really well on a schedule. We have been impressed with how quickly this has happened with all 5 of them.

Story
History: We welcomed a litter of lab mix puppies from an unfortunate situation in a rural area and they arrived to rescue SO sweet, although a bit timid at first. They are settling in well and are each hoping to find forever homes of their own soon! A Note from the Foster: Say hello to Millie, our sweet new foster pup who made the journey all the way from Arkansas to Wisconsin—and is loving the freezing cold like she was born here! ❄️ Millie is about 5 months old and would be part of our Foster to Adopt program. She has the most unique, gorgeous coat—primarily black with a soft dusting of brown and white and the cutest bright white toes that really pop. Her fur is incredibly soft with a slight wave, and we suspect there’s a little oodle mixed in there somewhere… especially since she doesn’t seem to shed at all. ✨ Her personality is just as special as her looks. Millie makes the cutest little sounds when you pet her, wiggles with excitement when you talk to her, and has the sweetest, happiest disposition. She’s playful and fun, but also gentle and affectionate—truly the kind of pup that melts right into your heart. She’s gaining confidence every day and doing excellent with potty training, with only a few accidents as we learn her cues. She keeps her kennel clean overnight and settles in beautifully, which tells us she’s a smart girl who wants to please. Millie is going to make an incredible companion—loving, joyful, and full of personality. We’re so excited to watch her continue to blossom and can’t wait to see her find the perfect family to call her own 💛
